Pros:

Good location. Easy walk to public transport and venues. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The Bar attached to OH closes early which for a Friday night was disappointing.
Need more milk, sugar, coffee pods for the room.

Great coffee in the morning, our rooms were so big and the bed was incredibly comfy!

Cons:

It sounded like there were people running around the floor above us both nights.. this was on and off until even 2am, very strange!

Amazing staff. Clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

There’s no where to sit except on the bed, and the windows don’t open for fresh air. But these are just personal wishes, and we knew they didn’t have this when we booked.

Location was fantastic, could walk everywhere. The pool/bar area is a lovely spot to sit when the sun is out. Could order a coffee from room service in the morning that was great.
