A second tv in the arts suite lounge would have been nice

The loud road noise and pedestrian noise coming from the street bellow. Got very little sleep.

The pictures make it look better than it is. Rooms are tired and shabby looking need to be maintained. Unhelpful staff. Misleading information on their website. On the first night of my two night stay I was woken up my cleaner hoovering in the hallway early in the morning which continued to look dirty even after. On the second night I didn’t sleep at all as there was booming music playing from the pool bar area all night long which my room overlooked. I emailed the 24 hour reception to ask them to turn it down to get no response. When speaking to reception on checkout she was extremely unhelpful and said our mistake we aren’t actually 24 hour and I did see your email. So basically she ignored it

Did not get room i booked as double booked but I was there early. Could not ring them to discuss early check in due to a funeral i was attending. No hair dryer.

No hair dryer, there were two hand moisturisers bolted in the wall instead of hand wash and had to reach out to the shower to wash my hand, lights are dim and I cannot see what's inside the room

The cleanliness was below expectations - I found someone else’s hair clip on the floor, which suggests the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival.

The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear everything, from people talking in neighbouring rooms to doors slamming. To make matters worse, housekeeping starts vacuuming as early as 7 AM, disturbing guests who may still be sleeping.

There is also no complimentary drinking water provided in the room, which is a basic amenity I would expect from a hotel of this standard, especially at this price point.

Overall, the cleanliness, noise levels and lack of basic amenities fall well below what I would expect from a four-star hotel. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

Poorly constructed. Shower flooded throughout the room, small room despite being a deluxe room. The curtain was broken and would not close and when brought up to reception nothing was done and the request barely acknowledged. When needed to collect belongings from reception no one was there and the phone not answered, despite it being during their open hours.

No having TV 2 nights of my stay

Bathroom was tight, but nicely renovated.

Sadly - no breakfast options, minimal amenities in rooms. Overpriced for what it is

We paid extra for a deluxe room to recieve an unusable
Balcony that is half painted. The windows are not double glazed and you can hear everything outside.

We waited for an for fries when there was no one else in the ‘pool bar’. No one apologised and no one was willing to accomodate us.

No wifi instructions, no information on as provided to us.

Was woken up before 8am Saturday-Monday by the staff vacuuming outside our room. Didn’t change bed sheets even though we stayed for 5 nights.

Very noisy and no parking close by

During the middle of the night, unbearably loud music started playing. This started at 245am and didn’t stop until 730am. It was coming from the pool bar/area and all guests were complaining in the morning, due to not being able to sleep at all. We had called the “all night” number to no avail, multiple times through the night.
