The facilities in our room were so well thought out, down to the GHD hair dryer and the travel tooth brush. Complimentary mini bar on our arrival was a lovely touch too.
There didnt seem to be an iron or iron board available in the room. That would have been handy
The aircon didn't work on the first night making it very uncomfortable they tried to fix it then moved me to another room the next day. There is construction behind the hotel which started quite early in the morning

Really nice hotel. Rooms are lovely and bed is very comfy. Clean, neat and tidy.
No parking options nearby. Had to walk a bit to the hotel with bags. Not the best on a rainy day. Recommend public transport. Bus stops out the front.

No air conditioning in room as it was an old system and needed to be fixed.
Het hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie in Paddington. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de bar bij het zwembad heel fijn om te zitten. Ook om even te werken of een boek te leen met een drankje.
Het was erg onhandig dat er in de kamer nergens mogelijkheden waren om je spullen op te ruimen of op te hangen. Er stonden slechts twee kleine krukjes. Zelfs de badhanddoeken kon je na gebruik nergens kwijt om te drogen.
Very clean, comfortable room. bed was also comfortable. Late check out is great.
Parking was an issue....why dont you offer parking?
Really nice stay modern rooms great location by bus stop can get everywhere in 10-15 mins
