Pros:

The price and location were good. Like they have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all day and night

Cons:

The ice machine is not working. Bathroom needs to be updated. Tub and sink faucet dripped all night, wallpaper peeling.

Was very disappointed. Too much money for this room

For my first time staying at a hotel it was not a good experience

The staff at the front desk from the time I entered to the time I left was very pleasant and nice

Cons:

First of all, they said it’s a smoking free hotel. Everybody was in there just about smoking cigarettes smoking weed. Some of the guests next to me was very loud for three days. The bed was hard. The breakfast was lousy. The pool was not clean. The beds were not queen size they were full size force advertisement. The icemaker did not work. The laundry room did not work so we couldn’t wash our clothes.

Pros:

It was a hassle to book in line and the person in charge not any help. Didn't refund all my money. The person at desk could not find the order so we left and got a room.

Cons:

Price was not good. Had to sign up to booking.com and then person at desk could not find our registration and would not give of the price on this site

My stay was nice but it could have been a lot better!!!

Free breakfast and indoor pool

Cons:

Jets in tub had black material coming out making the water black, I had to use the shower instead so money wasted on thinking I would have a nice jacuzzi bath. The fire alarm was pulled by someone’s child and I had to leave the room because it was so loud and disturbing and it took them forever to turn it off, this disturbed my rest that night.

Very convenient hotel, but very disappointed with stay.
Pros:

Location, that’s about it.

Cons:

Very noisy run down hotel. Bathroom vent., a/c unit make a tremendous racket, so much we had to turn them off. The walls are like paper and you can hear conversations and noises from all rooms nearby and above. The whole hotel looks run down, very old appliances, floor and wall coverings, so much they look stained and dirty. The breakfast is awful, very limited choice of extremely poor quality.
