Great location
Pros:

Small room, but ok siza. The bed was amazingly good. Great location. And great staff. I went to London for my birthday and the room was decorated for me 😀

Sensational hotel for a stay in London, will be back!
Pros:

Stayed for four nights with my mum, travelling for the London Marathon. We stayed in a Standard 2x single bed room, which was located in the basement level, right at the back of the building.
The room had a window that opened to a light well, being located where it was it was very quiet and nice and dark at night- though it was very warm.
Room itself was pretty sizeable, a little desk and stool, good sized wardrobe with mini fridge and safe, kettle for tea and coffee with two cups and saucers.
Bathroom had a fantastic shower - amazing pressure - though as others have mentioned, the shelf was small. Plenty of towels, big and great quality and replaced daily.
TV was bigger than pictured with loads of channels.

I wanted to emphasise how clean the rooms were - absolutely spotless. The bathrooms equally so, it all felt and looked brand new…kudos to the housekeeping team there - best I’ve ever seen in any hotel. Just wow.

We didn’t try the breakfast,but looked like a good offer.

Front desk people were very nice, very helpful and held bags when we’d arrived early in the morning before the room was ready.

The hotel itself is much bigger than I expected- four floors i think and almost the length of the block. There was a lift, so great accessibility.
Just around the corner are a number of good restaurants, as well as Sainsburys, Marks and Spencer’s Food and Tesco Express. Two tube stations within easy walking distance and super safe area.

Will be staying here next time I’m in London and want to be on the West side and close to Paddington….perfect choice.

het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam je kon overal voor bij ze terecht en hielpen je ook goed.

Cons:

Wij hadden een kleine 2 persoonskamer maar niet in de kleine lettertjes gezien hoe klein het bed dan was. Wij dachten dat het gewoon een bed was in een kleinere kamer dit zou best duidelijker aangegeven morgen worden.

Great Stay with English Charm
Pros:

This is my favorite hotel in London . It is in a quiet area , but close to lots of great restaurants and supermarkets. Short walk to Kensington Gardens and Underground Tube Stations. Easy 15 minute walk to Paddington Train Station. I always stay in the Garden View Room . It has a good layout and bed is comfortable. Shower is nice with great water pressure and hot water . Staff is always very welcoming and helpful.
