Cons:

The rooms and bathrooms are dated, the front staff were not very friendly. Just polite and efficient. Room was upgraded, but i actually think it was a downgrade as we makes a request for twin beds.

Pros:

It was a very quaint small boutique hotel . It met our needs ,. Location was very good with nearby shops, bakeries, restaurants and stores everywhere and they were good. Walking distance to the trains and these shops. . Very clean and friendly staff.

Nice hotel in a wonderful area
Pros:

It’s the second time that we stayed there and we really like it…it’s clean and located in a wonderful area …the beds are wonderful and it’s very quiet … we are definitely coming back next year. 😊😊😊

Location was perfect.

Cons:

Family room was not as pictured in booking. Was told there were no bigger rooms at the hotel. We did actually see one while they were cleaning it.
We ended up getting another hotel room for our second night there because of the first one being too tight for 4 adults with luggage.

Belle emplacement, beau quartier, hôtel et le service en lui même bien sans plus.
Pros:

Beau quartier, belle emplacement avec des commerces et métro proches.

Cons:

Personnel, pas trop aimable. Juste le nécessaire, sans plus. Sèche cheveux avec coiffeuse à disponibilité mais pas accès à une prise d’électricité 🤷‍♀️

Cons:

I booked via booking but they requires my credit card at the arrival. I refused so they asked me for a deposit 50 GBP per room and they accepted CASH only. I could not pay by card. This, in my opinion was ridiculous. There was no ATM around so it took me over an hour to get cash. Singla rooms are REALLY small. You cannot open a suitcase on the floor

A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, de nem azt a szobát kapod, mint amit lefoglaltál.
Pros:

A reggeli jobb volt, mint amire számítottam. A szállás közelében több metróállomás található. Közel van a Kensington Garden. Minden nevezetesség a két metróvonallal elérhető. Biztonságos környék. Sok üzlet és étterem található a környéken.

Cons:

Nem azt a szobát kaptuk, mint amit Booking.com-on kiválasztottam és kifizettem. Standard szobát adtak a kétszemélyes szoba kertre nyíló kilátással helyett. A standard szoba méretben is kisebb, valamint a két szoba árában is van különbség. Amikor reklamáltam a recepción megpróbáltak meggyőzni, hogy minden kertre néző kétszemélyes szoba olyan, mint amit mi kaptunk. Ez persze nem igaz. A hotel honlapján a szobák képeinél is látható a különbség. A menedzserrel történt szóváltás után másnap végül megkaptuk a valójában lefoglalt és kifizetett szobát. Az árkülönbözetet nem utalták vissza. Ráadásul, az ott tartózkodásunk alatt nem mi voltunk az egyetlenek, akik így jártak. Más is panaszkodott, hogy nem a lefoglalt szobát kapta.

Alles, dieses Hotel ist immer meine erste Wahl wenn ich nach London reise. Sehr gute Anbindung an das Underground-Netz zwei Stationen in der Nähe
