When I realised I had booked a hotel in London for £55 I immediately thought it was going to be a nightmare and I had made a mistake. As it turned out I had lucked out. Firstly, there was plenty of parking and the area was generally quiet. It is a budget hotel, it isn't fancy, but if you just need a place to stay that is clean and where things work it is fine. The staff are friendly and get on with their jobs. I couldn't have been happier with it.

Free parking is a bit of a bonus in London.
First night I had somebody in the next room who didn't know how to open and close a door quietly no matter what time of the night or early morning.
The room was OK, but nothing special. It was clean and comfortable.
The room was hard to find and was up a number of narrow flights of stairs.
The view from the room was poor; anti pigeon netting just made things look worse.

The place is not what you see from the pictures on booking.com. It's a ran down building, dirty and like a maze to try i find your room! Breakfast was not good at all. could not eat it. There was a dirty greasy hand mark on the wall in our room going into the toilet(i have a pic off), it made me feel ill to think that they did not clean this room at all, just the bed sheets! dust everywhere, carpet filthy , it is in need of a total revamp. Will never stay there again. Do not stay not worth it.

Breakfast room was a bit chaotic. You pre-order the day before and pick a time slot, but it was a bit a free for all. Limited seating was available so there was quite a wait. First night we were kept awake by very noisy neighbours constantly up and down stairs and banging doors. not the hotels fault, but as this was our first stay, I am unsure what the usual clientele is that frequent the hotel.

This hotel has a great location. Very neat and affordable. Wonderful staff, great breakfast. Easy access to buses and the Elizabeth and Piccadilli train lines. Would recommend to everyone.
