Pros:

De locatie is goed en fijn dat er een parkeermogelijkheid bij het hotel zit. Ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Het was niet schoon. Het hele hotel bestaat uit tapijt wat al niet schoon aanvoelt, maar daarnaast zaten er vlekken op het dekbed en was de douche erg vies.

The staff were so helpful and friendly.
Secure parking was a big plus
Room was clean, large and the bed very comfortable.
We arrived early, for a family funeral, the staff were so helpful allowing us to get changed and freshen up. Thanks to all the staff.
Proximity to Elizabeth line a bonus
Breakfast was excellent

Pros:

Very pleasant staff, and a basic but clean room, well situated for my purpose. It was small but the bed was comfy.

Cons:

The steep and narrow stairs were a challenge, fortunately I only had a small bag. I don't remember seeing a warning about this?
Understandably, there is some low noise from neighbours, it's an old building and the walls are not soundproof. But not enough to disturb.

A reggeli jó és elégséges volt. Fantasztikus volt a malájziai étterem. Ajánlom mindenkinek az éttermet.

Cons:

Nagyon fel kellene újítani a hotelt. A lépcsőzés borzasztó volt. A fiataloknak nem volt kellemetlen. A fürdőszoba nagyon rossz állapotban van, a zuhanyból alig folyt víz, hosszú ideig kellett zuhanyozni. Szappan, tusfurdo volt, de nem használtam.

Hotel was perfectly adequate for an overnight visit to London. Clean functional and the staff were first class.
The chap on reception was extremely polite and most helpful. Breakfast was excellent but what I really liked there was I had 2 poached eggs. When served, the chef came to me to say one of the eggs was hard so if I wanted him to, he'll make another. It was fine but that was most fabulous service and that's how I judge any company. How do they react if something may be wrong. They were perfect

Pros:

Parking was easy and convenient. Its position in Boston Manor road was good. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The stairs! To make 76yr olds climb three flights of stairs is atrocious. The room was "tired", old-fashioned. One of the staff could not understand English well.
