Good nights sleep but no a good start to the day

Cons:

Attention to detail twin room one coffee portion no back up toilet roll. Breakfast not good at all flasks with tea and coffee not marked mushrooms cold sausage too spicy for breakfast in fact left most of breakfast table dirty no brown sauce nor brown sugar for coffee

Cons:

Pulizia della camera. Soprattutto sotto i letti è possibile rinvenire ogni tipo di rifiuto, dal cotton fioc usato alla scatola del tampax. L'asciugacapelli non è di libero utilizzo: va richiesto e riportato alla reception dopo ogni utilizzo.

It was a good base to head into London centre for the day using the nearby Tube stations.
Pros:

The facilities and room size were adequate and everything was decently clean. Loved the free parking and the neighbourhood felt safe. Breakfast was generous. Staff were kind. Decent value for money.

Cons:

While the property is a little worn around the edges it was no less than one could expect in the price range.

room clean and comfortable. Chose not to have breakfast, but noticed that when another guest arrived late for breakfast after the kitchen was closed, they ran round to get her something.

Cons:

it was very very hot. There was only a small window to open, which hadn't been opened in advance of our arrival so the room was like a sauna. There was a fan which helped a little. no air con, but then I knew that when I booked, and it was very cheap. so excellent place to stay except in a heatwave

Advertised free breakfast and when arrived told it’s not free and even to today there advert on booking.com says free breakfast
