Good vibes only! Great energy.
Pros:

Great vibe, great property! Fantastic staff - each and every member were amazing! Staff couldn't do enough for you! From the warm welcomes, helping with every small need with a big smile! Breakfast was great, dinner was lovely, drinks great!

Great place to relax and stay for a Lucern visit
Pros:

We were so very happy with our stay from Mar at the front desk warmly welcoming us to our server at the lounge. We loved the location an easy short bus to town but quieter away with an amazing lake view. Also the rooms were a bit bigger as we needed 3 in our room which was an easy accommodation. We visited in between seasons and atmosphere was lovely a combo of being upscale but casual. Was also pleasantly surprised with the food. It was amazing. The burger and salad at the bar/lounge was fabulous. We also decided to eat at restaurant next night and they had a culinary social going on and again excellent food. Another plus is Wellness facility/sauna. Nice little break when weather got cold for us in the afternoon. All rooms have lake Lucern view as it was built to face lake.

Views are amazing
Pros:

It was my second time in this hotel and Im still sure it is the best place to stay for few days vacation in Lucern! Lovely bar in a lobby level with good food. Nice breakfast and absolutely stunning views in the rooms!

Fantastic hotel with outstanding lake views
Pros:

Superb modern hotel with newly renovated rooms. Outstanding views over the lake and super conveniently located on the bus route for quick and easy travel into lucerne within 10 mins. Food was also first class!

Cons:

Only small gripe was our room was really warm, and air-conditioning doesn't come into force until later in the spring/summer. We got round that by opening our patio doors slightly :-)
