Sijainti, upeat näköalat, Receptionen henkilöstö erittäin palvelualtis ja ystävällinen, hyvä uintimahdillisuus , upea järvi , toimivat bussiyhteydet, sänky hyvä

Sauna kulahtanut, ei kiusata ja laimea lämpö, gym vaatimaton, ravintolan menu sama koko viikon ja lyhyt , ruokaa sai joskus odottaa todella kauan, muutama palvelualtis , erittäin hyvä tarjoilija , huoneen sisutus epäkäytännöllinen ( mm kaappeja liian vähän) ahdasta käytävässä, suihkuseinä puuttui, ripustinpaikkoja puuttui ,

So Glad We Chose It; Teens Loved It
Pros:

Spacious, clean room and nice public areas. Property is conveniently located on bus line 11 minutes from town. We loved the use of water amenities (kayak, paddle boards, etc). Staff was friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The hotel lay-out (walking from one building to another) is a bit clumsy but not a deal breaker. One day we arrived back at hotel hungry for snack to hold us before dinner but only usual food available (Beach Club snack bar) was closed due to private party and there were no other options.

A fantastic place for a family trip
Pros:

It was well located with easy access to transportation. The breakfast offered an amazing selection of local and traditional foods. The best part of our stay was the staff. Linda and Mar at the reception desk, and Gulia at the bar were outstanding. Also, a lovely lady at the breakfast buffet whose name we didn’t catch. All were friendly, knowledgeable whenever we had questions, and offered suggestions for things to do, where to eat, and how best to enjoy our stay.

Not a thing. Everything was great

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at HERMITAGE Lake Lucerne and could not have been happier with our choice.
The location is simply spectacular. Waking up to the views of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains was unforgettable, and the hotel has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere while still being very convenient for exploring Lucerne.
What made our stay particularly special, however, was the hospitality. The entire team was consistently warm, professional and genuinely helpful. We were travelling as a family with our young daughter, and we especially appreciated how comfortable and welcome everyone made us feel throughout our stay.
The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and spending time by the lake was one of the highlights of our visit to Switzerland. Everything about the hotel felt relaxed, well cared for and thoughtfully managed.
We have stayed at many excellent hotels, but HERMITAGE Lake Lucerne is a place we would genuinely love to return to. The combination of the extraordinary setting, excellent service and warm atmosphere made our stay truly memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience and for giving our family such beautiful memories of Lucerne. Highly recommended.

Mar takes the cake and makes the trip memorable

I’ve had the privilege of staying at some of the most luxurious hotels in the world, with exceptional concierge and guest relations teams, and I can honestly say that Mar is the best of the best.

From the moment we arrived, Mar went above and beyond to make our 40th birthday and honeymoon truly special. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel less like hotel guests and more like family. She has an incredible ability to anticipate your needs and make every detail feel personal. She truly embodies the feeling of a home away from home—and is essentially the “mama bear” of the property in the very best way.

Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and the variety of water sports available for guests to enjoy makes the experience even more memorable.

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. If you stay here, be sure to ask for Mar. She is truly one of a kind and made an already incredible trip unforgettable.
