Poor cleanliness
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and location, I have used this hotel many times.

Cons:

Poor housekeeping during this stay. The blanket (not the linen covering the blanket) had apparently not been cleaned and began to develop a horrible smell during the night. The bathroom was not at all spotless as it was during all previous stays. Sad. No longer to be recommended.

Lovely views, terribly stingy hotel.
Pros:

The location is superb with mesmerising lake views but that’s where it ends. The rooms were nice and modern but the aircons didn’t work which was a shame in 24+ degrees weather.

Cons:

We booked the hotel with the default option of the booking.com selection and it didn’t include the discounted breakfast, the hotel would not budge one iota to offer a compromise despite this being 3x the normal booking price. They couldn’t even send a fruit bowl to the room when requested or a small butter, nothing whatsoever, no one is asking for hundreds of CHF worth of meals, two watermelon sticks won’t set you back, Hermitage, you will have happy patrons. We will go to Mandarin Oriental next time.

Unforgettable.
Pros:

A truly memorable stay. The staff were fantastic, especially Mar who looked after us the whole trip. All the staff were incredible and super helpful. All the activities you could want to do are free to use and the e-boat which was extra but totally worth it was amazing on lake Lucerne. The bus is right outside the hotel and free with the hotel. The location is absolutely out of this world and the views were amazing. Would definitely go back. Truly amazing.

Pros:

נוף משגע, חדר מרווח ונקי, צוות מקסים שבא לקראתנו ודאג לנו.

Cons:

בתקופת האביב והקיץ- מאוד חם באזור. המזגן מאוד חלש.
עד שלא החשיך- היה בלתי נסבל בחדר. גם במסעדת במקום - התפריט איכזב וגם המלצרים לא הצליחו להתמודד עם העומס ולא נתנו לנו יחס משביע רצון.
