Hotel em prédio belíssimo, com excelente localização, perto de bares e restaurantes.
Pros:

Localização excelente, equipe de atendimento da recepção muito educada e simpática. Orientações enviadas para parar o carro e deixar a bagagem, visto o hotel não ter estacionamento.

Cons:

Poderia ter mais opções de frutas, iogurtes no café da manhã. Iluminação do quarto (poderia ter mais opções) e ter smart tv. Chuveiro dentro da banheira o que dificulta a entrada e saída do banho.

Good place for a good sleep
Pros:

Close to where things go on, the hotel on road junction but no noise so good for sleep, beds where comfortable so again good for sleep, very close as said to bars , across the road, restaurants , and also if have too souvenir shops if you want to haul 'waste' about

Tired, dated hotel on a noisy road. Keep looking.
Pros:

Keep looking. Comfortable beds in this dated and tired hotel, near the old town, on a very busy road with a reception that ignored our broken AC. We stayed during a hot spell and on arrival our air conditioning wasn't working, which we reported. We were in need of rest after completing the Camino. We reported it again when we went out for dinner. It wasn't fixed. We then had a visit from front desk at almost midnight to try and fix it. The next day, we asked reception why the AC wasn't fixed and were told they did not know. I tried to book a taxi for our departure the following day, but were told we could only do that when we were ready to leave. After calling for a manager, we were finally provided with a room with working AC and we slept deeply that evening. We requested a discount due to the disruption and poor service and the manage stated that as soon as we reported the problem, another room was provided. A challenging and upsetting experience. On completing the Camino, as all Pilgrims know, is a time of celebration and a time to enjoy Santiago and its glorious setting.

Cons:

Noisy road, black mould on the bath and shower tiles. This hotel is dated and tired. There are much better options and probably staff who will treat any concerns - like broken AC - seriously. I've been booking on this site for 20 years, and this is up there with most disappointing and upsetting stays. It really matters where you end the Camino, as it is such a special time and you may feel emotional. Stay somewhere where you will feel safe and heard. There is no lounge, or communal space to socialise. The cafe is only open in the evening and is in the basement.

Unfreundlich, zu teuer und nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Lage ist gut, das Hotel ist am Rand der Altstadt gelegen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Bad großzügig groß.

Cons:

Wir haben pro Übernachtung 270 Euro bezahlt - unserer Meinung nach stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht: Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlicht. Die Brotauswahl besteht aus Toastbrot und zwei Brötchensorten. Käse- und Wurstauswahl ist sehr übersichtlich. Keinerlei Gemüse (z.B, Gurken- oder Paprikascheiben), Ananas und Melone grob aufgeschnitten, Äpel und Kiwis im Ganzen, Spiegeleier trocknen vor sich hin. Alles sehr lieblos und einfachster Standard. Obstsäfte aus der Tüte. Dieses Frühstück entspricht nicht der Kategorie des Hotels. Nachdem ich das reklamiert habe, wurde mir gesagt, das es nicht zu ändern sei. Ich habe zweimal nach einer Bar gefragt und wurde zweimal in das Untergeschoss geschickt, wo ich eine Sitzgruppe und ein paar Tische vorfand. Kein Personal, nichts auf den Tischen, keine Musik - nichts, was auf deinen Barbetrieb hingewiesen hätte. Anderen Gästen ging es ebenso. Das Personal beim Empfang und beim Frühstück ist sehr unfreundlich und unorganisiert außer einem jungen Servicemitarbeiter beim Frühstück. Das Gym besteht aus zwei Geräten in einem kleinen Raum. Das Zimmer ist ansprechend mit einem großen Kleiderschrank, aber sehr klein. Der Zimmerservice war auch überschaubar. Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, dass das Bad sauber gemacht wurde - die Zahnpasta und -bürste lagen genauso da, wie wir sie hinterlassen hatten, die Handtücher hingen ebenso noch genauso da. Ein zufällig runtergefallenes Pflaster lag im Zimmer auch noch auf dem Boden.

В номерах комахи, антисанітарія, категорично не рекомендую
Cons:

В готелі клопи. Мене і мою подругу покусали комахи в постілі. Я посеред ночі звернулась на рецепцію, мені змінили номер, але там було те саме. Я мала жахливу алергічну реакцію, звернулась до лікаря. На рецепції запропонували оформити скаргу на стандартному бранці, вибачень чи компенсацій не було. Пройшло декілька днів, зі мною ще досі ніхто не звʼязався щодо вирішення ситуації. Категорично не рекомендую цей готель
