Great city hotel
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable city hotel. Lovely rooms, nice pool. Great breakfast and lovely staff. If you arrive early before check in time they charge you but we had a sleep by the pool on the sun loungers. Nice cocktails by the swimming pool . Very central for walking around and very safe

Book It !!
Pros:

We got the connecting rooms for 2 kids and 2 adults. It was Great value for money!!

There is a complimentary chocolate fountain and other snacks in the lobby lounge during the evening but the problem is it does ruin your appetite if you plan on stepping out to enjoy a lovely local meal.

We also had access to the executive lounge. It’s extremely well catered with enough starter sized portions to fill you up tor dinner. So you don’t need to step out at all if your feet are sore from a day of walking.
Did I mention the executive lounge has an endless supply of beer, wine and spirits too ?

The pool water is quite cold and doesn’t get a lot of sun but the pool bar do fantastic cocktails !!

I would definitely stay here again when next in Hanoi. A very comfortable hotel with warm service.

Overpriced small rooms , pics are not indicative, staff keep asking for more money else can’t help

Good location and efficient staff

Cons:

Booking.com pics show rooms much larger than they are - I had to live with my wife and fifteen year old and it was like a bunker arrangement - the twin bed is just for one person and there is hardly any room for a cot

Good hotel
Pros:

This is a very good hotel about 1km from the main centre of Hanoi situated is a upmarket area. We stayed on 2 separate occasions over a few days while travelling the first time the room was slightly dated with an over bath shower the second time we had a walk in shower.
Staff were pleasant and breakfast was good lists of choices and fantastic coffees if the hotel had have been a little more modern I would have given the full five stars

綺麗で長期滞在に向いているよう

Cons:

最悪！　オーバーブックで1泊しかできず。
到着したらいきなり、今日一泊しか泊まれない、部屋がないので近くのホテルを探すように言われた。
理由は入金が確認できなかったから、とのこと。現地払い可にも関わらず。
支払いも現金か、QRコード支払いしかなく、クレジットカードは不可。支払いを拒否したら、どこかからカード決済機を借りてきたようで、結局、半額で支払い。
ロシア人とその家族が個人経営しているみたいで、人は悪くないようだけどともかくズボラだった。
高い評価に騙されてはダメです！

Would recommend
Pros:

Mostly excellent
The location is good to explore Hanoi, and within walking distance of very good restaurants. The room was comfortable and we were provided with firmer pillows immediately they were requested. Good choice at breakfast. Don't miss chocolate hour!
Just 2 issues:
The bathroom has frosted glass and the shower kept flooding the floor
The bar had limited beer and wine options and lacked character.
