Great place to stay in Hanoi. Family friendly and good for couples too

Pros:

silent, in the city, staff is nice. Near the building Im working. Buffet is nice.

Cons:

i wonder is it because i book via Booking.com so they save us not the...good quality room. Just a small wondering.Dinner dishes not really meet expectation , im Vegetarian so dishes of this restaurant seems good for India, Hala... not for Vietnamese people yet.

Room 1021 had to constantly wait 5 minutes for hot water, told by staff normal? But friends had no issues on floor 10 or 11.

Pros:

Booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. Concierge, Reception snd Coffee Bar (chocolate hour) staff were great - very helpful.
The location was good - very convenient for the old quarter.
Chocolate hour - lovely treat

Cons:

Even though it is over expensive according to Hanoi standarts, the service is definetly so bad. The reception was so rude as a manner, they are not helping on anything. Breakfast was weak with less european options. They are serving dried cheese from yesterday. They don’t make you fresh egg and want you to take the old one.
