Good 5 star hotel, but nothing special.
Pros:

Location ideal: nice neighborhood, close to Old Quarter, but not in the center of the caos. Many charming coffee shops nearby as well as good restaurant. Service: good, as any 5 star hotel should be. Room: although clean, a bit old-dated. Common facilities: beautiful. Price: good for a 5 star hotel, but Viet nam has very good hotel prices, so it is no different from other hotels.

lovely stay at the heart of the city
Pros:

the hotel was clean, super location , excellent staff and well maintained. the rooms were well appointed and we enjoyed cabana club at NY which was nice

Cons:

we booked two rooms, the deluxe king room was super spacious while the classic twin room i felt was a bit small esp the bathroom.
