Disappointed, poor hygiene and cleanliness

Bedrooms were filthy, damp stains on the bed frame, holes in the bedding, hand prints all over the walls, chips out of the paint work, couldn’t use the shower as it was filthy and mouldy, couldn’t use the kettle as it wasn’t safe to full of limescale and when you filled the kettle up the water was just full of white bits. There was a few of us staying over the weekend and we all had the same experience and couldn’t believe how dirty the rooms were.

It served it's purpose.
Pros:

No cooked breakfast, but the website states this but cerals in your room are provided . We were in room 1 by the toilets which did not smell nice and by the extraction fan. There was a fan in the room which we understood why very quickly. You had to keep the windows shut because of the smell and noise. I have stayed here before and will again because of the convenience. But i will stay away from the ground floor rooms.

The room offered , wasn't very clean either ....sticky bathroom floor!
