The staff went out of their way to assist us including coming to find us and help us park in their secure parade. Very clean comfortable room, great central location and excellent breakfast.

Loved it here!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here for one night and enjoyed the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is quite extensive. They had cinnamon raisin bread, pastries, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt with fixings, and several other items. The room was clean and comfortable and had quite a large mini fridge. Our balcony faced the street but we could still see the water. The short walk to the water was a huge perk and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The room temp was comfortable but I did try to lower the temp for the night and it never did go lower so I don't know if those thermostat are a set temperature or if it doesn't work well. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it!

Excellent boutique hotel
Pros:

We loved our stay at this hotel. It had two bests for us--as in the best we've experienced in any hotel: the bed and the breakfast. The bed was firm, but soft on the surface, so no sore contact points or joints. The breakfast was complete, and full of quality items, such as fresh bakery pastries, decent sausage, name-brand yogurt, fresh fruit platter, etc. We would have felt okay paying $20 CAD each for it at a restaurant.

The location was also stellar as mentioned by many reviewers. Staff were helpful and available when needed. If we were to own a boutique hotel we hope ours would be as good.

We will definitely plan to stay here when next in Kelowna.

My go-to hotel in Kelowna since 2022 – Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

I’ve been staying at the Royal Anne Hotel in Kelowna since 2022 on every trip to Kelowna and it remains my preferred place to stay. Its fantastic location near the water and downtown is perfect, with the waterfront promenade just steps away. The staff are always courteous, friendly, and extremely accommodating, going out of their way to make every stay comfortable. The rooms are consistently clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

Great location. Nice hotel. Parking a bit of a hassle.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of downtown, one block from the beach front. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Good wi-fi.

Cons:

Parking is a hassle. There is an underground parkinging lot with limited space but accessisble only by room key. The main entrance street is a close street (no traffic at all). So you have to park your car a block a way (metered parking). Checkin to get the key, and then drive to the parking lot in the back alley. This lot can fill up and, if full, then you are on your own. There is a lot that is free from 5pm-8am one block away, but everything else is paid.

Great location
Pros:

This older hotel is situated downtown so you can easily walk around and not move the car. There is limited underground and surface parking. You cannot park overnight on the street but there are reasonable priced parking garages nearby. My room faced the front of the hotel. The air conditioner and safe worked fine. Good sized empty mini fridge to hold my own items. No issues with my room. The bed was comfortable. Lots of outlets. The included breakfast was not fancy but had your basic continental items plus two hot dishes such as scrambled eggs and sausage links which was fine for my simple needs. Friendly front desk service.

A really nice experience
Pros:

It started with great directions for driving to the hotel and parking despite the nearby road closures. The staff were helpful. The room was pleasant - spacious, room for our toiletries in the bathroom, consistent wifi. Breakfast was nicely presented. The location was great for an evening stroll, nearby restaurants, and activities on the waterfront.

This hotel provides a clean and decent place to stay that is budget friendly
Pros:

The price was better than other nearby hotels, the location was very convenient being close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Cons:

People smoking crack in the parking area. Unfortunately this is outside of the hotel’s control.
