Parking was a bit iffy . Although location was great , unfortunately there are quite a few homeless people around .

Great location for getting around Kelowna
Pros:

Amazing location right down town walking distance to the water and amazing restaurants. In the summer Bénard street becomes a walking path so lots of patios and fun summer activities. Short uber ride to west Kelowna and lots of winery’s

Cons:

Walls were very thin as it’s an old building and elevators need upgrading but the rooms were recently redone and very comfortable clean and functional. Breakfast is nothing to write home about but did the job to kick off the morning

The location of the hotel is terrific. It is very convenience to go all of the important attractions in minutes. Excellent to both family holiday and short business trip to Kewlowna. Joint wine tasting program may give you unforgettable wine experience and good discounts.

Perfect location, spacious and clean rooms and an amazing breakfast!
Pros:

Excellent location, satisfying breakfast, water and coffee in the lobby along with delicious cookies! Spacious and clean rooms. Lovely and helpful staff.

Cons:

Everything was super. Just the bathtub can be modernized with a shower head that comes off.

Lake view was stunning! Staffs are very kind.
Breakfast was great. All amenities are good to use.

I don't know what happened but the room was very humid. My bed are feel like soak with humid.

Huge Suite with Lovely View!
Pros:

The King suite I had on the top floor was perfect. I could see mountains and the lake, the parks, the walkway along the lake, all of it! I found the breakfast to be above average with lots of fruit and pastries, as well as eggs, and it was a great way to seat my day before walking along the lake to see the Osprey nest. Highly recommend that walk. The staff were helpful, kind and efficient. All in all, a great visit and I’ll be back next Spring.

Wonderful Kelowna stay
Pros:

We spent five days at the Royal Anne enjoying everything that Kelowna has to offer in a King suite facing Okanagan Lake. This is a wonderful hotel: best location you can possibly imaging on Bernard Ave with comfortable, large rooms that have been updated. Great staff and nice continental breakfast each morning. For the price, you really can't beat the Royal Anne when enjoying beautiful Kelowna.
