Iconic downtown hotel.
Pros:

This was a great location for attending a concert at the Community Theatre. Our room was tastefully decorated with very vintage photos of Kelowna.

Cons:

Our room was close to the elevator and I could hear it.

A wonderful, dog-friendly stay!
Pros:

This was an excellent stay in every way. We travelled with our dog and the location was perfect. Stuart park and the water is so close and there are so many ducks that absolutely delighted our dog.

The room includes continental breakfast and there was a great array of fruit, eggs, and pastries. They have gluten free items as well.

We stayed in a king suite and it was so spacious! There were two little balconies just big enough to stand on. The bed was big (though a little tall) and there were so many pillows!

There were so many great food options nearby and all of them did take out. Some were even welcoming to have our dog there for pickup.

There’s a parking garage and additional outside off street parking. The only time we had difficulty getting into the parking garage was later on a Saturday night. If you have a bigger vehicle you should park outside though.

The value of this hotel is also wonderful. We’ve stayed at a few different Kelowna locations and this is easily the best stay and wasn’t anymore expensive.

Strongly recommend the Royal Anne and will definitely be back!

Very good location and convenient to many places around.
