- the staff were helpful
- the onsen, especially the outdoor bath. I used it every night.
- we booked two rooms, a small one and a big one, for our family of 5. There was plenty of space for our luggages, storage, and eating together
- beds were comfy
- rooms had a view
- helpful laundry room
- I used the lobby at night for my writing work
