Nach etwas stressigem Beginn ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt !

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück in großer Auswahl sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich schön. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit, höflich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wir bekamen zuerst ein Zimmer in dessen Bad die Toilettenschüssel am Fuß Waser oder andere Flüssigkeit nach Benutzung auslaufen ließ. Danach bot man uns ein Zimmer an ohne Blick auf Hafen und Meer, wie wir bestellt hatten, an. Im dritten Anlauf bekamen wir, immer noch am Tag unserer Ankunft, dann ein Zimmer unserer eigentlichen Wahl. Zu verdanken hatten wir diese Bemühungen unseren Wünschen und der Buchung zu entsprechen der Chef-Rezeptionisten. Dieser jungen Dame sind wir zu großem Dank verpflichtet.

Comfortable y relajante
Pros:

Para el propósito del viaje, la ubicación fue perfecta.
El personal nos atendió con amabilidad y se ocupó de poder darnos las habitaciones con anticipación.

Cons:

Quizas un poco la hora de check in, aunque el personal hizo un buen trabajo adelantandonos el ingreso.

Tout était très bien, mais le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, en variété et en qualité. Le pain et les viennoiseries cuites sur place sont les meilleurs que j'ai mangé au Mexique, et les options vont du petit déjeuner européen, à américain, et surtout à mexicain avec d'excellent guisaods, soupes, et tortillas, gorditas, flautas fraiches et préparées à la demande. Dans un autre registre, les produits hygiéniques (savon, shampoing...) sont visiblement fabriqués localement et sentent vraiment bon le miel.

L’emplacement est idéal

Cons:

Le jacuzzi et la piscine intérieure est chauffée quand l’hôtel est plein, si non il faut demander et le personnel super sympa le fait mais ça mets du temps à chauffer évidemment

Se les fue el sistema, y tardaron mucho en darme mis habitaciones, ya solo faltaba que me dieran las llaves después dijeron que se les fue el sistema pero al final me dieron las habitaciones como quisieron,
