Solo la ubicación pero literal es el PEOR Emporio en el qué me he queda, para nada le hacen honor a la marca, una TERRIBLE desepcion
Desde que llegue, no tienen vallet, me acerque al estacionamiento frente a la calle porque me di cuenta que era del hotel e inmediatamente me prohibieron la entrada pues aun no hacia check in, deje el auto en el parquimetro, entre al hotel y en recepción para nada me ayudaron a encontrar una habitación qué se acomodara a mi espectativa, diciéndome qué todo incluía desayuno y cena y preferí hacer en el momento la reserva en la app porque podia precindir de eso, sin embargo la habitación no era la que quería, despues de registrarme, salí nuevamente para bajar el equipaje y porfin estacionarme, al entrar, ya qué me permitieron, prácticamente ya estacionado me indican qué no puedo dejar ahí el auto pues es de discapacitados a lo que respondí qué no estaba señalizado y que tengo fisura en las rodillas y siempre ocupo espacios de discapacidad, sin embargo me movió, a mi salida vi a gente estacionada en si, lugares marcados y sin alguna discapacidad. Nunca nos ayudó nadie a llevar los equipaje, subimos solos y con el equipaje, cero atención al huésped, la verdad una mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo para nada!

The location was great and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made arriving very easy. The rooms were also a highlight — they were clean, comfortable, and well kept, which made the stay feel relaxing.
The only downside was that the spa was a little hard to find. It was not very clear where to go at first, so better signs or clearer directions from the staff would have been helpful.

Yo reservé 9 noches. La primera noche me pusieron en una habitación malísima, casi sin ventana, que no era mi categoría comprada. Me cambiaron al siguiente.
Era porque esa noche había un show en vivo de Martin Garrix, frente al hotel, y prefirieron vender esas habs más caras. Mal hecho. Yo había reservado 2 meses antes.

I’ve been coming to Emporio for 10 years and the maintenance has definitely declined. Why can’t they get the air conditioning running in the lounge area? Lots of angry customers spent good money buying drinks at the bar only to realize that the indoor heat and humidity prevent them from staying to enjoy.
