Pros:

Uno de los mejores hoteles de Veracruz. Gran ubicación y el restaurante muy bien así como las amenidades en la alberca.

Un clásico que no falla
Pros:

Habia reservado la habitación con vista al puerto y primero me dieron una habitación con vista interior, pero después de hacer notar la situación me permitieron hacer el cambio de habitación. Fueron muy amables para atender mi solicitud. La vista de la habitación y la elegancia de las instalaciones del hotel no tienen par. Mi esposo y yo siempre utilizamos las instalaciones de ambas albercas exteriores porque nos parecen lo más cómodas y agradables, y esta vez no fue la diferencia.

Cons:

Por el nivel de la habitación, se incluían el desayuno y la cena en el restaurante de la terraza. Si bien las vistas del restaurante eran muy bonitas, la calidad de la comida deja mucho que desear.

Pros:

Me gusta desayunar y comer en su restaurante.
Las ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad de Veracruz.
Sus albercas, sobre todo la techada.

Cons:

Tal vez porque pasó el periodo vacacional, se veía sucia la pared de la alberca techada.

Beautiful place to stay
Pros:

The location, comfort, breakfast buffet was amazing!

Cons:

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were hairs all over the floor. And the floor needed to be mopped. We could see coffee spills on the tile from the previous guest

Estancia muy bonita.
Pros:

Ambiente aromatizado, personal muy cordial y atento.

Cons:

Al querer preprarar el cafe, el deposito de agua de la cafetera tenia polvo.
En el lavabo estaba tapado,el agua no baja rapido.
