En la habitación que me tocó ya le falta una actualización a sus instalaciones
Todo muy bien.
La ubicación
La habitación no tenia frigobar y el agua estaba helada, ( no se necesita muy caliente)
Me encantó la ubicación, las vistas desde el hotel y la comodidad de la cama
Tuve inconvenientes con la conexión a Internet. Cada que regresaba al hotel tenia que llamar al call center para que tener acceso al Internet
La ubicación y los servicios de alberca, gimnasio y el cuarto muy bonito. El personal amable y muy limpio. Si cafe y bebidas del restaurante muy buenas.
Al llegar la recepcionista no quería aceptar el pin de booking, pero ya despues todo se aclaró

A pesar de que pagamos el desayuno extra ya no alcanzamos lo que a todos se les ofreció, meseros no te apoyan, en el área de alberca nos sacaron del Jacuzzi, las regaderas necesitan mantenimiento.

En el desayuno bufet lo pagamos adicional y no se nos proporciono lo que a todos, los meseros no te apoyan mucho que digamos, nos echaron del Jacuzzi.
