Great vacation stay in Veracruz !!
Pros:

Everything, rooms were cleaned, pools were great kid size pool (toddlers) and 2 adult pools, jacuzzi for adults, outdoor bar by pools. Waiters take orders from the pools. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant had buffet for breakfast,lunch,dinner or à la carte. Right next to Malecón. Everything was beautiful and would definitely come again.

Aunque no es malisimo, no regresaré.

El buffete de desayuno aunque no es tan barato esta rico y variado, sobretodo el pan de dulce esta muy rico, la cama esta deliciosa.

Cons:

El cuarto era pequeño, sobretodo el baño, no hay espejo en el cuarto, y el del baño es pequeño y si tienes abierta la puerta ni siquiera lo puedes ver, no habia toallas para la alberca en dos ocasiones que se solicitó, y un comentario al salir de que como era de reserva en booking.com y la tarifa era preferencial tal vez no se podía facturar, la vista que tocó bastante feita, techo con maquinarias

la ubicación, todo excelente, el personal muy atento y dispuesto a resolver dudad y solucionar cualquier inconveniente, la comida, las bebidas, la atención, la habitación era muy amplia, el frigobar nos fue de mucha utilidad para mantener las bebidas frías tomando en cuenta el calor que hacía

solo la ventana, el riel sobre el cual corría estaba muy duro, aunque lo engrasaron seguía siendo un poco difícil que corriera, la cortina también estaba un poco sucia, esos serían los únicos detalles a mejorar

Bueno pero hay muchas áreas de oportunidad.
Pros:

La ubicación si quieres estar cerca del centro y del malecón.

El personal es muy amable, atendieron todas nuestras peticiones como una silla para que se bañara una persona de la tercera edad, hacer late check out, darnos habitaciones juntas y en un piso bajo, dejar un pastel en la habitación por el cumpleaños de mi papá.

El desayuno rico.

Cons:

Las instalaciones ya se sienten viejas aunque las hayan modernizado, pero les falta mantenimiento y hay áreas como los canceles de los cuartos que no están limpias.

Rentamos 2 habitaciones y a alguna le servían unas cosas que en la otra no y viceversa. Por ejemplo: Faltaba tendedero en uno de los baños, las ventanas de madera estaban zafadas, las cortinas no cerraban bien, la báscula no servía.

Llevábamos una persona en silla de ruedas y no hay un elevador que baje hasta el área de albercas y la alberca no tiene barandal.

Quizá cuando uno no tiene problemas de movilidad no es inconveniente, pero estos detalles complican la estancia, al igual que una de las entradas que es la más cercana al malecón sólo hay escaleras, no hay rampa ni elevador y hay que rodear bastante para entrar con la silla de ruedas.

Creo que se tiene que modernizar y tener una mejor calidad para atender a todo tipo de personas.

Soy un huésped frecuente de ustedes, y cada vez que puedo ir a Veracruz, sin dudarlo es quedarme con ustedes, por todas las atenciones que se recibe por parte de todo el equipo de trabajo de Emporio Veracruz.

Nos veremos muy pronto!

Cons:

Mi única recomendación sería, referente al desayuno y cena qué tenemos en la parte del piso 9, si hace falta un poco más de apoyo para el personal que está, dado que los 4 días solo había una persona y a pesar de que nos dieron todos una super atención, había situaciones que se les salía de sus manos, mesas listas para sentarse, falta de alimentos o bebidas, etc,

Sería lo único; gracias por dejarnos vivir una gran y grata experiencia
