Nice clean room, attentive staff, and breakfast included udis gluten free opitions that my wife appreciated.
I would consider staying at this location if I were to visit the area again in the future.

The hotel was very clean and attractive. The lobby was beautiful. The room was real nice and comfortable. The host at the front desk, John, I believe, was very friendly and helpful.
Need to replace the mattresses in the rooms. They are warn out and sink on one sode. Very lumpy and hard

Long wait to check-in
The staff was friendly helpful and very courteous, the property is what you would expect for a seasonal location.
Although I would not stay again in the town of Keystone (way too touristy for me), my stay at the Comfort Inn was good. We had a room with a separate living room and it was nice to have a couch, chair and foot rests to relax in. Dining options were walkable and it was minutes from Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park
We stayed one night but accommodations were very comfortable. Standard free breakfast and everything was very clean. Staff was helpful with directions!

Town shuts down early every night (8:30) very quiet
Staff not helpful or responsive to questions or needs. Bare minimum of any kind of service. No convenience item for purchase. Located less than 10 minutes from mt rushmore
