Pros:

The room is large and very clean. The furniture is a little bit old but it didn't bother us, it was in perfect shape . The breakfast was good, a little improvement regarding the diversity of the meals and the coffee could be better. All in all, it was a great experience, the location is great, I definitely recommend this hotel.

- reception response for our complaint about the ventilation when we were checking out

Cons:

- Room 512 ,no ventilation, and when we called reception for turning AC cold, they said as we are in winter, it is only warm

My issue is the ventilation

- Deposit not yet refunded despite that we checked out two days ago

Rien à dire, très satisfait à tous les plans.
Propreté, accueil, restauration du petit déjeuner. Largement suffisant. Je me positionne sur cet hotel que je recommande vivement. Mes prochains séjours se feront dans cet hôtel. Merci à tout le personnel et une attention de remerciement personnelle à Nancy .

قرب موقف باصات المطار دقيقتين فقط، 5 دقائق من ميدان تقسيم مشيا على الاقدام، المنطقة مستوية وهادئة ، التنظيف اليومي.

家族や友達にお勧めできるホテル。
Pros:

空港直通バス停に近いこと。
清掃が行き届いていたこと。
3泊でしたが、部屋に初日には
ウェルカムフルーツ、2日目には何か足りない物があったら連絡下さいという手紙、３日目にはお菓子が置いてあったこと。
海外では珍しい気配りを感じました。

Cons:

ほぼ快適に過ごせました。強いて言えば、シャワーの高さ調整ができなかったこと、
隣の部屋の目覚ましアラームや、廊下での会話が聞こえたことです。
