Bonjour

Suite aux blocages des agriculteurs, nous avons écrit plusieurs courriels pour demander un report ou au moins un arrangement vu que nous avions payé 2 chambres. Nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse.

The breakfast is fantastic. 3rd year visting Lourdes and have stayed at this hotel all the time . The staff are very helpful and l shall be going back next year .

Pros:

Le parking est un plus et le petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent.Le personnel est très sympa et la piscine est parfaite

Il est dommage qu au restaurant ou le repas est excellent ,que le dîner soit gâché par le personnel qui à partir de 20h45 met en place le petit déjeuner .Ca bouge partout,bruits d assiettes etc ….Dommage ,il suffirait simplement d attendre que le dernier client est quitté la salle.

Es un hotel EXCEPCIONAL, muy lindo, bien ubicado, para los que vamos con auto con un garage mas que comodo. Todo el hotel es muy agradable, muy limpio y acogedor. La habitacion es muy muy comoda, la cama excepcional, el baño muy bueno y el agua muy caliente. Ademas hay que destacar que esta cerca del Santuario, se llega muy facilmente a pie. El desayuno es muy bueno, con mucha variedad, los alimentos son de muy buena calidad. La decoracion del hotel es muy acogedora lo que hace aun mas linda la estadia. Todo el personal es muy amable. Tiene un restaurante muy bueno en el cual se puede almorzar o cenar lo que aporta aun mas comodidad al hotel. Sin dudas es un lugar al cual volver cada vez que se vaya a Lourdes.
