L'hotel è bello, curato nei dettagli; vicino alla stazione, comodo per raggiungere a piedi il santuario. la camera è ben arredata e confortevole, il parcheggio privato è gratuito. abbiamo apprezzato la cena al ristorante anche se la sala era poco riscaldata. colazione con prodotti locali, in particolare dolci e miele

As a couple, words fail us to express the amazing stay that we had in this beautiful hotel. The hotel in itself is so well architecturaly designed, inwardly and outwardly and is spotlessly clean. The breakfast, lunch and evening meals are second to none. In addition the staff are so welcoming, kind and helpful. From the time that we checked in with the lady at reception to Julie who served us in the restaurant on our last night, our experience was extremely positive. Julie was so efficient, professional and clearly loved her occupation . Her efficiency and personality are well matched. The hotel offers free parking and is conveniently located. Just a 15 minute walk to the grotto and the railway station is nearby. This is our second time staying in this hotel and we look forward to our next stay.

Close to the train station and to the Grotto. It only took us around 10mins to get to the Grotto.

The hotel operates like a scam. They booked me in the wrong date and when I called them to get directions they tell me that the reservation is for the following week
And refuse to fix the mistake. The website said the hotel reception is open till 11, but they closed at 10 pm even though they knew, I was on the way.
This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. I cannot believe that they don’t get audited by there head office. It’s pretty pathetic that they have the Best Wesy brand. The booking.com agent asked me to go to the front desk but when I got there they had closed an hour early leaving me out in the cold rain at night , with no place to stay.
