Comfort Inn & Suites Tyler North

It was fine. The room was clean and service was great for a pass thru. We just needed a shower and bed for the night as we were traveling. It needed some repairs to things but again, for the price of just one night it was decent.

This hotel is in need of serious renovation. There was mold in our room and a bad repair of the ceiling above the tub. We left an item, but mysteriously disappeared when we returned to retrieved it. Also, one of my moisturizer bottles was emptied. Replaceable, I know, but still would like to have them.

The convenience of the lication for the event we attended was perfect.

My friends and I stayed in two rooms here. My bathroom was not clean. There was makeup and trash on the floor and the toilet was not flushing properly. I told the staff downstairs and said it would be taken care of ASAP.
I returned from dinner and the toilet would still not flush. You can hear every noise from down the hall to the cars driving by outside.
My friends had issues with their room not being clean (crumbs on the bed stand) and their shower did not drain properly. Upon checkout I let the owner know about these issues. Maybe it will be taken care of, but know I would not stay at this place again...

The rooms and hotel is very dirty and needs a deep clean. The hotel also needs someone who can do maintenance. The sink in our room prior to being moved to another room was because was propped up by a stick board. Plumbing fixtures were dripping.

Room was dirty- sticky: had to move to another room due to smoke alarm chirping.
This location is ready for the Patel’s to purchase. Will Not stay here again.

The pool was disgusting and slimy, the room smelled moldy.

Housekeeping was awful. Stuff all over the walls it was very half done cleaned

Room was dirty. Tub faucet was broken. Roaches were present in our room. Door to room was also broken and difficult to shut.

The front desk clerk could not be bothered. He was busy on his phone in front of the TV, both when we checked in and when we checked out. During breakfast on several occasions, other employees or customers had to alert him to the fact guests were trying to locate him.

The hotel is nice. I like it, close to the airport and restaurants.

I do reservation for My husband he stay 5 nights and he said he was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was good!
