Perfect stay for a family of 5 with 3 little kids
Pros:

Very family friendly, clean and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and we felt so comfortable. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were wonderful.

This hotel has the best views in town, in my opinion.
Pros:

The view from the hotel is gorgeous — I could have sat on the veranda or pool deck all day!
The staff were professional, polite, attentive, and welcoming.
The food was very good. We enjoyed both breakfasts and a couple of dinners there.
The beds were relatively comfortable and the other facilities were very good.

Cons:

The room felt a bit cramped for four people (2 adults and 2 teens), though we managed okay.
A cab ride from the hotel to the main square in Sorrento costs between $35–$50 one way when the shuttle bus isn’t running (there’s no walking option). As we discovered, this seems to be about average and often depends on the “tourist tax” the driver applies.

Todo me gustò. Si bien esta alejado del centro, cada hora tiene un servicio de bus gratuito que te lleva al centro.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again.
Pros:

Great view from the balcony. Pool was wonderful and view from pool deck was amazing! Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

It was a 15 minute drive to center of Sorrento but the provided shuttle bus worked well. No real walkable restaurants. The town piazza was a 5 minute walk from shuttle drop off, though.
