Our stay at the Grand Hotel President was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius, making every sunrise and sunset unforgettable.
The staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and featured a beautiful balcony where we could relax and enjoy the incredible scenery.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh pastries, fruit, local specialties, and made-to-order coffee. The complimentary shuttle service into the center of Sorrento was extremely convenient and made exploring the town easy without worrying about parking.
The pool and outdoor terrace were perfect places to unwind after a day of sightseeing along the Amalfi Coast, Capri, or Pompeii. The peaceful setting away from the crowds, combined with the spectacular views, created the ideal atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.
I would highly recommend the Grand Hotel President to anyone visiting Sorrento. We would absolutely stay here again.

Colazione superlativa. Posto magnifico bella la piscina con angolo idromassaggio . La perla è lo stabilimento balneare , distanziamento tra ombrelloni bar e ristorante. Continuate cosi.
Consiglio ad un hotel 4 stelle di omaggiare ad inizio vacanza due bottigliette d'acqua nel frigobar.
A vista é extraordinária, não tem como explicar! O hotel foi uma excelente escolha, os funcionários são ótimos, um elogio à parte para o pessoal do restaurante, são extremamente gentis e solícitos. A cama é confortável e o café da manhã delicioso. Eu estava receosa por ser longe do Centro, mas o hotel tem um ônibus de hora em hora que ajuda muito, além de estacionamento.
Na verdade não é que não gostei, mas são pontos de melhoria. Por o hotel ser longe de tudo, esperava mais opções de alimentação fora do horário de café, almoço e jantar. O bar não serve nada além de tostadas e batata, seria ótimo ter outras opções. Teve um dia que perdemos o jantar e não tínhamos outra opção além dessas.

Acústica do quarto, da para escutar as pessoas conversando no outro quarto, localização para o centro é ruim, somente de ônibus, porque a pé vc desce umas escadas e tampas, leva cerca de 20 minutos para chegar
Our room was beautiful and the view was sensational.
It was kept very clean and serviced twice daily.
Lots of seating so you always got a space at the pool.
The shuttle bus was very reliable and worth while.
We had a fantastic waiter makes Antonioni that made our stay so nice. He was so welcoming and looked after us during our stay.

Wish they had one option for a low- or medium-price restaurant for dinner- serving pizza, focaccias or similar. Being a 15-20 minute ride from town would be nice to have a couple options for dinner at the resort rather than just one

Izvrsna lokacija i osoblje. Jako čisto. Doručak s iznimno bogatom ponudom. Besplatni shuttle bus koji odvozi i vraca goste hotela u centar.
Excellent hotel with great service and amazing view. Breakfest was very rich. Room outstanding. We stayed for 2 nights. Hotel offers free shuttle bus to city center. Calm and convinient location if you want visit Amalfi coast, Capri and Napoli.
