Good but could be better.
Pros:

Nice rooms and en-suite with balcony and sensational views. Nice lounge bar for drinks. Good lunch menu and venue next to the pool. The breakfast was good but could be better ie. not much fresh fruit ( mostly tinned ) and the juices were not fresh either. The restaurant food was good but worked out expensive with €5 cover charge and €5 for water.

Cons:

Had to ask twice to get the room serviced due to not having a door tag ( despite the hotel using a push button, electronic do not disturb system. !!

Pros:

The location and the view wow!

Staff were great and very accommodating with the kids and booking tours.

Cons:

We were put in a family room to start which was not ok - drain smell. We complained and were moved to a smaller room but had a view of the bay. Resolved quickly. Extra beds put in for the kids.

Had a lovely time and would definitely recommend to others
Pros:

Loved the view from the dinning area, we had a little balcony and it was perfect (didn’t have a view but that was fine). Included breakfast which was really nice and loved that there was a free shuttle into the city center

Cons:

Some staff members were not the friendliest but overall the rest of the staff was great and welcoming

Super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Neapel, Vesuv, Pompei, Amalfi Küste und Capri
Pros:

Absolut freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, toller Service, sehr gutes Früstück (vieles wird auch frisch gemacht), absoluter Blick aus dem Zimmer auf den Vesuv und Sorrento, sehr ruhig, bequeme und große Betten, alles tip top sauber .... einfach schön. Als besonders hervorzuheben ist der Parkplatz und der herausragende kostenlose Shuttle-Service nach Sorrento, der das Auto überflüssig macht .... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

اقامة فريدة جمعت الاطلالة و الراحة
Pros:

موقع جدا جميل و يوفر باص ترددي كل ساعة الى السنتر، تم ترقية الغرفة الى روف توب مع اطلالة بانورامية على البحر. كانت تجربة فريدة و ممتعة.
