Pros:

Die Lage, die Bar und die öffentlichen Parkplätze weil wir ein e Fahrzeug haben und kostenlos parken konnten.

Cons:

Das die Hotelparkplätze dieses und letztes Jahr schon nicht zur Verfügung standen. Aber immer noch mit Parkplätzen bei booking geworben wird.

Fint och fräscht hotell, trevlig personal, utmärkt frukost.

Cons:

Ligger nära tågstationen och en park med väldigt många narkomaner. Det var så många narkotikapåverkade narkomaner. Vi körde bara rakt in i garaget, och gick aldrig utanför då vi bara skulle övernatta. På morgonen när vi skulle åka vidare såg jag en stackars narkoman bli jagad av några andra, och sedan slagen blodig. Här har staden Hamburg stora problem, och hotellet ligger nära parken.

Friendly, comfortable and affordable.
Pros:

Lovely, comfy dog friendly wee Hotel, pleasant room, good facilities, 20 min walk from train station Recommended. Friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely use again when visiting Hamburg.

Cons:

All good.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel in guter Lage!!!
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!
Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker!!!
Die Lage Super in der Nähe eine Busstation und U-Bahn und S-Bahn vorhanden!!

Cons:

Leider nur begrenzte Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage die man vorab nicht reservieren kann!!!

Værelset var udmærket og sengene gode at sove i. Okay udvalg til morgenmadsbuffet.

Cons:

Badeværelset var ikke helt rent. Håndvask og vandhane var ikke rengjort i en standard jeg ville forvente at dette hotel. Der var tandpasta rest på væggen ved siden af spejlet. Et hår ved siden af vasken.. ikke det lækreste at finde som ny gæst.

Cons:

Das Frühstück zum Preis von 25,00 EUR ist maßlos überzogen für das, was einem geboten wird. Geringe Auswahl und das Personal war ziemlich demotiviert. Hier hat die Umsicht und die Voraussicht gefehlt. Am Ambiente und der Anrichtung der Speisen könnte man noch arbeiten sowie an der Tischdekoration, denn das Auge isst mit.

Pros:

Bra läge nära tunnelbana U3. Fräscha rum.

Cons:

Gick inte att koppla upp Chromecast, trots att det skulle gå (fel på servern). Den som designat duschen har nog inte vunnit några priser, för det var fanimej helt omöjligt att duscha utan att minst hälften av vattnet rann ut på golvet och bildade en sjö, så toaletten var i princip obrukbar innan städpersonalen hade torkat upp. Varje dag... Personalen var ganska knackig på engelska.
