Das Hotel an sich ja, kommen gerne wieder … aber das Personal war nun nicht der Kracher . Besonders nicht der Mucki Mann
Pros:

Außergewöhnliches hübsches Hotel . Mit besonderer Ausstattung . Tolle Cocktail Bar , sehr nette Barkeeperin , leider war sie auch die einzige mit einem Lächeln auf dem Gesicht .

Cons:

Aufgefallen ist uns , das Personal lächelt nicht , die Gesichter sind starr . Unangenehm war ein Muskolöser Angestellter der sehr unfreundlich zu unseren Kindern war . Wegen Nichtigkeiten .

Pros:

Das Hotel und die Zimmer haben auf den ersten Blick einen modernen und renovierten Eindruck gemacht. Besonders angenehm war, dass die Klimaanlage an den heißen Tagen einwandfrei funktioniert hat.

Ein großes Lob geht auch an das Personal, das jederzeit freundlich war und bei Fragen sofort weitergeholfen hat.

Sehr praktisch war außerdem, dass sich nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt eine U-Bahn-Station sowie Bushaltestellen befinden. Dadurch konnten wir unser Auto während des Aufenthalts stehen lassen und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen.
Positiv war auch, dass das Hotel über eine kleine Tiefgarage verfügt.

Diese ist zwar kostenpflichtig und muss vor Ort angefragt werden, bietet aber eine sichere Parkmöglichkeit.

Alternativ gibt es direkt nebenan ein Parkhaus. So mussten wir das Auto nicht draußen stehen lassen und mussten uns keine Sorgen machen, dass es über Nacht aufgebrochen wird.

Cons:

Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die Badezimmertür. Sie ließ sich nur schwer öffnen, da sie durch das Duschwasser unten aufgequollen war. Obwohl eine Duschwand vorhanden ist, fehlt eine Duschtür.
Dadurch läuft beim Duschen Wasser auf den Badezimmerboden.

Außerdem sollte man in der Dusche vorsichtig sein. Die Duschwanne wird, sobald sie nass ist, sehr rutschig. Daher ist beim Ein- und Aussteigen besondere Vorsicht geboten.

Das Frühstück war einfach gehalten und grundsätzlich war für jeden etwas dabei. Wer allerdings frische Brötchen vom Bäcker erwartet, wird eher enttäuscht, da es sich um Aufbackbrötchen handelt. Auch der Aufschnitt sowie die Marmeladen wirkten wie handelsübliche Produkte aus dem Supermarkt. Beim Obst gab es jeden Tag die gleiche Auswahl.

An einem Morgen wurden Pancakes angeboten. Diese wirkten jedoch, als wären sie bereits vom Vortag, da sie sehr trocken und teilweise hart waren.
