Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit zuvorkommenden Personal und guter Lage zur Speicherstatt.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Bar werden hervorragende Getränke gemixt. Für unsere Ausflüge zur Speicherstadt und Elbphilharmonie war die Lage perfekt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Dank der gut isolierten Fenster kann man ungestört schlafen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, durchaus empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Einziges Manko war leider die Dusche in unserem Zimmer. Durch einen Planungsfehler läuft das Wasser aus der flachen Duschwanne und man setzt ungewollt das Bad mehr oder weniger unter Wasser.

Die Lage des Hotels und das Zimmer war gut. Besonders nett waren die beiden Angestellten beim Check-in

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ein absolutes no go! 1,5 h vor Frühstücksende war gefühlt alles leer. Nachdem das Personal von mehreren Gästen angesprochen wurde, ist nichts passiert.

Die Betten waren bequem. Die Zimmer waren sauber

Cons:

Einchecken geht immer erst ab 15 Uhr. Auch wenn die Zimmer schon fertig sind. Leider war unser Zimmer um 15 Uhr nicht fertig. Nach 40 Minuten und auf Nachfrage haben wir dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.
