Fint værelse med to køjesenge som var super til børnene.

Cons:

Brusebadet er lavet helt forkert og vand løber ud på gulvet. Kræver mindst 6 håndklæder til gulvet!

Pros:

Nette kamer. Ontvangst was netjes en de locatie dichtbij het centraal station.

Cons:

De kwaliteit van de kussens was heel slecht. Veel te zacht. Ook overstroomde de douche, hele badkamer nat.

De grote ramen waren HEEL fijn
Het bed lag enigzins lekker alleen zou een twee persoonsbed met 1 groot deken beter zijn. De kamer was ruim. Het was wel een aanrader!

Een koelkast had fijn geweest
Ook de lampen anders ingedeeld zou beter zijn, nu is het of alles aan of alles uit

Pros:

Personalet var utrolig venlige og hjælpsomme og matched prisen fra en anden udbyder..værelset var meget rent og fint og moderne. Hotellet ligger 5 minutters gang fra Berliner Tor og 10-15 min fra hovedbanegården hvilke er helt vidunderligt. Morgenmaden var lækker og varierede lidt fra dag til dag. Der er et fantastisk supermarked i arkaden mellem hotellet og Berliner Tor og så er der parkeringskælder under hotellet for 25 € hvilke er fremragende da der er lidt skumle typer på gade om aftenen grundet af beliggenheden så tæt på banegården.

Cons:

Der er ikke elkoger på værelset. Pengeboxen er meget lille. Så lille så en yoga laptop ikke kan være der inde.

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage, sauber und ordentlich. Betten sehr bequem.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Hbf Hamburg und 3-4 Minuten zur nächsten U-BAHN Station. Nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch einige Restaurants.

Cons:

Kann nix negatives schreiben!

Ich weiß nicht. Ich war nur eine Nacht da.

Cons:

Matratze zu hart . Rückenschmerzen. Eine Bettdecke war voller schwarze fusseln, staubig und mit ein paar Haare dran . Kurz nach 11.00 Uhr nicht möglich einen cappuccino zu bekommen. Machine wurde bereits gereinigt hieß es.
Lange Wartezeit an der réception beim einchecken sowie beim aus checken.

Super nette Leute schöne Zimmer
Pros:

Nettes Personal. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der Wasserhahn hat gewackelt das habe ich weitergegeben und es wird repariert.
Die Kissen fand ich zu hart meine Frau fand sie zu weich 😄
Für die Kinder gab es Hochbetten die waren super.

Cons:

HH möchte im Jahr 2035 klimaneutral werden, alleine das ist schon bemerkenswert bescheuert, aber dafür können sie nichts. Wofür sie aber was können,.... im dem Zimmer im Februar 2026 von mir war das Klimagerät auf 26 Grad eingestellt und es war auch spürbar so warm. Was soll Das!!! Die Raumluft war dadurch viel zu trocken und ich hatte dadoch einen schlechten Schlaf.
Alle sprechen von "Klima" und bei ihnen wird Wärmeenergie regelrecht verballert.
