Pros:

Frühstück war gut
Von außen hat es gut ausgesehen

Cons:

Schlecht organisiert, zu wenig Personal, das Personal, dass da war, war unfreundlich. Sauberkeit lies auch zu Wünschen übrig, Duschen setzte das komplette Bad unter Wasser und in einem der Zimmer war der Wasserhahn locker.

Sehr neues Hotel, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer recht groß mit großem Regal. Lage 15 min zu Fuss vom Hbf entfernt. Die Hotelbar war abends sehr gut besucht und die Cocktails waren auch recht lecker.

Cons:

Wir haben uns gegen ein Frühstück entschieden, da wir den Gegenwert nicht essen konnten. 25 Euro/Person. Service kostet halt.

Empfangspersonal nicht sonderlich freundlich. Dusche absolute Fehlkonstruktion, setzt das Bad unter Wasser. Keine Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher- sollte in der Preisklasse Standard sein.

Pros:

Super Lage ! Direkt angebunden an die u-Bahn-Station in 6 Minuten.
Die Umgebung jedoch war eher weniger schön.

Cons:

Die Dusche hat leider eine Fehlkonstruktion und läuft aus sodass das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser steht. Das Personal sagte uns, dass es in jedem Zimmer ist und wir mehr Handtücher bekommen könnten.

Cons:

Erschreckt euch nicht was aus Hamburg geworden ist. Dafür kann leider kein Hotel was.

Für unsere Reise gute Lage. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, wenngleich die Dusche sehr glatt und rutschig war (leider gestürzt🤕).
Gut sortierte Bar vorhanden🥃🥃

Cons:

Leider kein aktives Restaurant - wäre gerade am Ankunftstag schön gewesen.

Cons:

Het hotel lag op een fijne locatie. Hotel was schoon en modern.

Cons:

Badkamer was schoon echter liep het putje niet goed door. dit is aangegeven bij de receptie en er is iemand wezen kijken. hierna liep het een paar minuten goed door helaas was dit van korte duur.

Außergewöhnliche Ausstattung des Zimmers mit Doppelbett und zwei ausklappbaren Hochbetten für zwei weitere Personen.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß für uns Drei und das Bad war modern ausgestattet.

Das leckere Frühstücksbuffet gegen Aufpreis ist sehr reichhaltig und zu empfehlen.
