It was noisy from the highway noise from the freeway
They don’t have their clients guests put their license plate number down on the registration form. We had a vehicle that had a car alarm going off in the front desk help did not have any idea how to get a hold of the occupant that had the car to turn it off
The hotel is OK. I've had better accommodations in the area for roughly the same cost. Staff was nice. Location is OK if your business is around there.
For the 3 days, 2 nights of my stay, there was no internet available at the hotel. Every time I asked the receptionist, they said it's a matter of a couple of hours.. which turned into 48 hours. There was no internet by the time I left. Needless to say I expect internet connection the same as I expect running hot water. For me it carries the same priority on a business trip. The hotel's compete failure to find a solution for this problem is a big red flag.

Very clean room and breakfast options was great
The parking lot, it was a little crowded at the front but there not a lot you can do about that so it’s a little uncomfortable but it’s okay
Room was spacious, comfortable bed, refrigerator, breakfast was good.
Minor detail with the USB wall plugs were broken so had to find another way to charge phone. Also because I booked with booking.com, then I was not able to extend my stay. I was told that I would have to check out & then rebook a different room. That means I would get charged 2x for a room deposit, resulting in a double hold on my monies. This was an inconvenience.

Our room was very nice! Anthony met on my request that I asked for. The breakfast was really nice! It offered so much! Cinnamon rolls were a great addition!
Our last night we experienced about six or seven kids running through the hallways, banging on doors, slamming their doors, throwing balls, yelling, and overall just being very rude! I know other rooms called down at desk, but nothing seemed to get taken care of. Everything was going great until all this happened around 6 PM till after midnight. So disappointing that they couldn’t get it under control. Little sleep that night if any 😞😩
