Great place to stay; very attentive staff!
Pros:

When I first got here, there was a mixup in my reservation. I had booked a room with a roll-in shower because I'm disabled. When I checked in, though, I was given a standard room with a bathtub.

I brought this to the attention of the girl working the front desk at night, Sydney. She immediately called the hotel manager Mahar and told him about the situation.

The next morning I had the kind of room I wanted. Mahar apologized for the error and charged me only half-price for the one night I spent in the room with a bathtub.

Mistakes happen but it's what happens afterward that matters most to me. Sydney and Mahar addressed the situation right away and to my satisfaction.

The rest of my stay here was pleasant and uneventful. The bed was very comfortable and the roll-in shower was easy to use. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in this area. It's a great hotel with a very attentive staff! 🙂

Que los de recepción molestan mucho y no hacen su trabajo bn.
Estaban llame y llame. Todo el día.
Y lo peor de todo que las de limpieza. Abrió el cuarto sin tocar.
No la culpo. A ella
Creo que los de la culpa fueron los de la recepción x que tenían el cuarto vacante
Y aparte de todo eso. Me cobraron 2 veces el servicio La Verdd me pareció súper mal ese servio Y asta el día de hoy no eh tenido el depósito. Ya pasó. 2 semanas

Convinent location with warm staff and king beds
Pros:

Night receptionist was very nice, helped us relay the message to morning engineers to fix the jacuzzi temperature issue. Nice rooms with 2 king size beds also it was surprisingly quiet considering it’s literally next to the freeway

Cons:

The jacuzzi tub and the pool was cold/lukewarm when we got there an hour before closure

This hotel is excellent for the solo traveler who plans to use room/wifi for work early in the day..
Pros:

The most exceptional aspect was the breakfast options and the pleasantly spacious design of the breakfast rooms in which to eat. There was availability to coffee and fixins both early (by 6) and later (till 10) Should I travel to that vicinity again, I would choose that hotel so I could work a goodly part of the day and not have to leave until dinner.

Cons:

A little friendlier check-in experience, perhaps. It was okay, but perfunctory.
