Convenient location nearby an airport.
Pros:

The hotel is not far from DFW Airport and was very convenient for unexpected stay. The staff was courteous and proffesional and I could easily book a room very late at night. If you have an overlay or flight cancelation this hotel is a very affordable option.

Cons:

Facilities need upgrades and TLC.

Good staff. Poor management
Pros:

I liked that there was a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It was last minute for me with the airport chaos of late and I needed somewhere to stay that night and until I was able to sort out a new departure. The first room had a loud fridge and smelled. I immediately and politely asked for a different room and was given one no problem. The woman running the front that day was very helpful.

Cons:

Not responding to my messages and not honoring the refunding of one night of three I booked that they said at check in would not be a problem yet I have not heard or seen a credit from them.

STAYED ONE NIGHT BUT IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY WITH A BIG LOUNGE AREA AND POOL.
Pros:

LOCATION WAS PERFECT TO GO TO THE STOCK YARD AND RODEO. ONLY A 15 MIN DRIVE. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AND ROOM WAS CLEAN AND EQUIPED WITH ALL NEEDS. BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND SHOWER WS BIG AND CLEAN.

Terrible experience.
Cons:

The hotel generally has a very strong musty smell. The “breakfast” included consists only of coffee and juice.
The shuttle service offered, despite us writing down our preferred pickup time in the logbook, arrived earlier than scheduled and had already left. They had my room number and could easily have called me. There are fixed pickup time slots, which are quite spread out. As a result, what was supposed to be an experience with breakfast and shuttle included ended up costing an additional $50.

Aged property. Bathrooms, furniture, floors, corridor carpets, elevator, vending machine everything needs upgrades. It is in very bad state.

By far the dirtiest most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Had I not just flown in with food poisoning and no energy to relocate, I would have not stayed.
