Nice hotel in a great neighborhood

My hot water wasnt working. To be fair i was simply too exhausted with work to ask them to fix it.

Pros:

Замечательное расположение отеля, в пешой доступности до центра города, рядом рестораны и кафе, магазины и достопримечательности. Очень классный завтрак, на 4+!, до 10.30. Номер довольно большой.

Cons:

Окна номера (он нечетный) ВЫХОДЯТ НА ПРОЕЗЖУЮ ЧАСТЬ, хоть и 5 этаж но шумно. Очень низкие потолки в номере, немного давят... Кран рукомойника сильно шумит при открытии воды!

Я очень часто останавливаюсь в этом отеле последние 5 лет, всегда приветливый персонал, часто раннее заселение, отличные завтраки и месторасположение!

Cons:

В этот раз не понравился номер, который был самый крошечный из всех возможных за высокую цену и достаточно устаревший

Pros:

Excellent location for walking around and exploring. Good size room for a family of 4. Good selection at breakfast.

Cons:

Lifts are very small for families using strollers. Booked car rental through hotel and they were almost an hour late, plus parking wasn’t easily found and when we asked we got two separate set of instructions. May have been due to language barrier.

Чудесный Ереван
Pros:

Отель находятся в центральной части города, в 200 – 300 м от пешеходной зоны северного проспекта. Вокруг много ресторанов, магазинов, а также Зелёная зона. Завтрак настоящий армянский с большим выбором овощей, фруктов, зелени, мясо, сыра, хлебобулочных изделий. Завтрак накрывают с семи 30 до 10 30. Продукты качественные и вкусные.!

Эта история не относится к отелю.
Отель стоит на оживлённой улице с насыщенным движением и днём и ночью. Поскольку в культуре вождения автомобилями в этом городе присутствует привычка сигналить, как в некоторых арабских или африканских странах, то звуки сигналов слышны и днём и ночью. Окна моего номера бизнес класса номер 310 выходили на улицу и все сигналы не давали спать ни ночью ни днём.
Возможно помогли бы беруши, но в номере я их не обнаружил.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très central près de l'Opéra dans un quartier animé où il y a un grand choix de restaurants. La chambre était propre et vaste.

Cons:

Le mobilier dans la chambre paraissait vieux et mal entretenu. La salle de bains était très petite et peu pratique (pas de rangement). J'ai été gênée par le bruit de la rue. Visiblement, les fenêtres n'ont pas de double vitrage et j'entendais la circulation de l'avenue Sayat Nova 24H sur 24.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux mais servi dans une salle de style cantine. Les produits ne sont pas tous de bonne qualité (mauvais café, viennoiseries quelconques). Les prix de cet hôtel devraient être plus bas.
