Pros:

Хороший разнообразный завтрак, много национальных блюд.
Приветливый персонал, прекрасные горничные, всегда чисто в номере.
Расположение - выше всяких похвал, всё рядом, Опера, Каскад, Матенадаран, турагентства с интересными экскурсиями

Cons:

Во время каникул приехало много школьников, по вечерам шумели.

Comfort and convenience in the city center
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Ani Plaza hotel. The location is perfect, right in the city center, and the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help.
The pool was great—even our one-and-a-half-year-old enjoyed it. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with enough options for a toddler. Everything was very clean throughout the hotel.
Due to flight changes, we had to modify our booking several times, and the staff handled it smoothly without requiring us to change rooms, which we really appreciated.
A special highlight was the beautiful view of mount Ararat from our room on clear days.

Cons:

As a small downside, the design feels a bit old-fashioned and the ceilings are not very high, but this didn’t affect our overall experience.

Отличный отель. Отдыхали с мужем и сыном в "семейном" номере - по факту сдвоенный номер, просто огромный и два санузла в доступе! Очень удобно.
Понравились завтраки - выбор большой, всё вкусно.
Ну и конечно бассейн - это был один из обязательных пунктов для меня. Бассейн посетителями не перегружен был, ходила вечером примерно за час до закрытия, удавалось спокойно поплавать.
Еще у отеля есть парковка во дворе, о том, как туда попасть, объяснят на ресепшн. На улице прямо перед отелем есть бесплатные парковочные места, но их сложно поймать свободными. А на противоположной стороне уже платная парковка. Мы оставляли машину во дворе, достаточно удобно.

Превосходный отель в самом центре Еревана.
Персонал очень вежливый. Отличный, разнообразный завтрак по системе шведский стол. Половина блюд менялась каждый день, не успевает надоесть.

Pros:

very nice location, swimingpool availabe, gym center, as for spa center - made my stay best way. clean rooms, easy communication - good choice!

Cons:

breakfast might be improved a bit - add fish, fresh juices, coffeine free coffee and would be nice if would be possible order eggs they way customer wants )
