I was expecting a better view from the balcony. But, a lot is blocked by higher building around even though I got the top floor.
The lobby and hotel front was a bit too small.

It is close to the Stanley park which was great for me. Beware of the ups and down of the streets around !
It was spacious and provided the perfect stop for a night.
It even had a kitchenette for people staying longer and wanting to save a bit of restaurant money, but I didn't need it.
It looked a bit weird at first. Like small and sketchy. But it was just a first impression.

The unit was old and not very clean, there were stains and peeled paint strips here and there. Also beware of hidden fees for many things like parking and stove.

Not well maintained, shower not functional, room falling apart. No free parking, $25 charge to wash your coffee cups out.
We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette that made our stay much more convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The private parking was a huge advantage, especially in downtown Vancouver. The location is excellent—it’s easy to reach English Bay and downtown. There are also great restaurants nearby that stay open late, as well as a 24-hour self-service supermarket. Honestly, we enjoyed our stay here even more than at some expensive four-star hotels. I would definitely recommend it, especially for families looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay.
The only minor issue was that the floor could have been cleaned a little better. It wasn’t a major concern and did not affect our overall experience.
