We enjoyed our stay. The staff are so friendly, both front desk and housekeeping. Our room was.clean, but worn. The hotel is doing renovation at the moment so that may change soon-ish. It was nice that there is a kitchen, and we had breakfast here every morning. There is a stove, but they charge you extra to use it, so we did not.

When I booked the room, it was written that it was a high floor, but it was the fourth. And then, when we entered the room, it turned out that there were cockroaches there and they changed us to the third floor and the view from the window was on the street wall (( The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired and the towels were terribly stained.

Great hotel to spend some time in Vancouver. The staff and manager were very helpful and considerate. Given the pricing compared to nearby hotels we were very happy with our room. Would happily stay again.

Innenstadt Lage, sehr große Zimmer. Viele Bewertungen haben von versteckten Kosten gesprochen, konnten wir nicht bestätigen. Uns wurde alles erklärt

Die Straße extrem laut, egal ob Fenster zu oder auf, kaum zu unterscheiden. Hauptstraße. Parkplatz teuer und muss sein.

Fint hotellrom. Utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte. Bra senger. Veldig praktisk med egen kjøkken og spisekrok. I tillegg hadde vi balkong, hvilket var en positiv overraskelse

Pros:

Great location and friendly front desk staff. Room pretty well equipped but to access the crockery in the kitchen, the cupboard needed to be opened by receptionist. And my goodness a $29/ day to use the electric stove! Seriously? Some of the table top surfaces were really sticky. Maybe from the cleaning product?

BEWARE, read my post before booking!

The Manager is a liar. I paid in advance for my stay and because I left a respectful but honest review of my previous stay on Bookings, she refused to let me stay at the hotel which left me scrambling in Vancouver for a place to stay after I had already paid for the night. She then lied and said I split coffee on a blanket which I did not and then ripped me off $170 on my credit card. I drank my coffee at the dining table, no where near any blanket or bedding. Her next lie was saying that she had a video of me talking to housekeeping and them pointing out the stain. All lies, never spoke with housekeeping, of course there is no video and there is no coffee stain because it didn’t happen. So very disappointing for this hotel. The Manager who will not give me her name refuses to let me speak to the owners. If you are thinking about staying at this hotel, I would be very careful, you might end up paying and having no place to stay, like what happened to me.
