Great find in London
Pros:

Very welcoming. Room was small but had everything we needed, incuding a really good hairdriee. Everthing was clean and looked liked recently refurbed. Defo recommend

Pros:

The room was lovely and the A/C was brilliant, reception staff were friendly and would definitely stay here again

Cons:

The lift was small could only fit 2 people at a time and was slow but that was the only thing was a negative about this hotel

Incredible value for a wonderful stay in a spotless & super comfortable room, in the best location!!
Pros:

The sparkling cleanliness and the lovely staff, especially the night guy, made staying here an absolute dream. And the location was an absolute dream. Fabulous value for money ... I LOVED it!!! I'll be back.

Good location, and that’s about it…
Pros:

Central location, very close to the Bayswater tube station and close enough to the Queensway station. Lots of eateries in the vicinity, including some good Chinese restaurants and a popular Malaysian eatery. The outer facade of the hotel looked nice. It had an elevator, only one small one for the whole hotel, but at least that saved us from having to lug up our luggage.

Cons:

We knew before booking that the room was small, but due to poor layout, the room felt even smaller. There was hardly any space to move. We had to take turns to open our luggage bags. On our first night, the body wash dispenser failed to work and the hairdryer was misplaced. Shows poor housekeeping discipline. The elevator is really small and quite slow. Without luggage, we would just use the stairs.
