Pros:

The staff were friendly on our arrival and kept our luggage safe while we were at the event we went to

Cons:

Our room had air con but second room we booked didn't, our room had a stain but the second room had mould in the bathroom and no air con.

The room I stayed in was infested with bed bugs. I thought at first i had heat lumps due to the hot weather but by friday i was covered in bites.

Heerlijk verblijf.
Pros:

Vlak naast de metro 100 meter, naast de winkelstraat en restaurantjes Queens way.

Cons:

We hadden helaas een gezin boven ons met kinderen die tot 23 uur aan het rennen waren. Kan het hotel niets aan doen, maar dat was te horen.

Pros:

The hotel has a great location, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only downside was that the shower water pressure in my room was very weak, which made showering less enjoyable. If the water pressure were improved, the experience would be even better.

Great location and staff, close to the tube stations and park, wonderful stay!
Pros:

Having the two fans in the room was great in the heatwave, very clean bathroom, staff were excellent and polite. I stayed in a twin room with a balcony that we could open to have air in. Did not hear any noise or disturbances from other rooms, had very good nights of sleep.

Cons:

I understand it is an old building, but if there was a way to have plugs on the side of the room with the beds, that would have been helpful. The bed sheets themselves also felt a bit old, again, the heat did not help but the mattress topper kept coming off as if it was stretched out.

Basic older hotel but good location
Pros:

Location in centre of Bayswater is main thing going for this hotel, easy access Bus 94 into city, trains at corner.

Cons:

Very old hotel and bit of a firetrap, slowest lift in UK ! poor water pressure and tiny bathroom, renovated rooms are basic

Berjaya is een fijne uitval basis dicht bij de metro.
Pros:

De plek waar het hotel gevestigd is.

Cons:

Dat er medewerkers in de vroege ochtend gingen boren en verven. En de badkamer was erg warm, omdat er nergens ventilatie zit.
