Pros:

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal in allen Bereichen.
Super Lage in Rom. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Excellent stay would definitely recommend and would stay again

The staff were extremely helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the city by foot.

Tout y est ! Emplacement top pour visiter ROME. Facilité d'accès, bon accueil simple et efficace et discret. Bon petit déjeuner .... en 2 mots si je retourne à ROME je prends le même hôtel !

Fantastic hotel. Great buffet breakfast included. Best location.

Location, friendly staff, my room was cleaned every day with fresh pillow cases and towels - overall, very comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

I heard Water running through pipes from other rooms.

Perfect location and very helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

We loved the linens! I remarked on this the last time I stayed there. We loved the terrace upstairs where we could take our own beverage and snack and enjoy the pretty weather we had in March even though the bar on the terrace was not open yet.

Cons:

The room size in the deluxe twin room was a little smaller than the one I had reserved last fall. Two women travelling together need two places for the suitcases. We worked it out with a little adjustment to the chairs. the other room had a slight corner with the desk and that helped in separating our "dressing" areas.

Charming hotel in the heart of Rome.
Pros:

Beautiful common areas, lobby, reception, breakfast room. Lovely subtle lighting.
Internal courtyard area,leafy and calm.
Great handrails and seat in disabled shower.
Excellent breakfast selection.
Little balcony in our room.
Optimal location.
Gunther's gelato across the street!
Little step to get in the front door but they put down a small ramp.
Front desk staff rang restaurants, booked taxi and charged wheelchair battery for us. Grazie, Marcello.
Many thanks to the breakfast staff.
The lift.
Ponte Sisto bridge and therefore Trastevere are minutes away.

Cons:

The downstairs bathroom is in the basement, so you have to ask for assistance to use it. There's a device fitted to the bannister needs staff assistance. Very friendly staff but it just feels a bit awkward having to ask.

If people are smoking or talking in the courtyard it might travel up to your room.

At first, we thought the bedding felt very light, but it was actually warm enough. We were there in arch.

Maybe a grab rail by the bed would be handy.
