Beautiful hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location. In the middle of old Riga, but still very quiet. Beautiful room and buildings.

Muy buena opcion para hacer turismo en Riga.
Pros:

La ubicación céntrica, la habitación muy amplia, la cama cómoda.

het hotel ligt op een mooie locatie. we hadden een ruime schone kamer. het hotel ziet er mooi en verzorgt uit. voldoende tafels bij het ontbijt om een plekje te zoeken.

Cons:

De receptie adviseerde ons om met de auto naar het hotel te komen en zou dan vertellen waar we konden parkeren. Dit lijkt mij onhandig gezien de smalle straatjes etc. We zagen een Duitse toerist ook schade oplopen tijdens het manoeuvreren. Dus kijk zelf op google.maps voor dichtst bijzijnde parkeergelegenheid.

Inpandig zijn er veel hoogteverschillen, dus als je slecht ter been bent, zou ik dit vooraf goed aangeven bij de receptie!

De airconditioning valt uit als je de kamer verlaat. Wij zaten er in de periode dat het buiten 35 graden was en moesten best puzzelen om de airco op koelstand te krijgen. Vervolgens was het ‘s nachts buiten koeler, maar dan wordt centraal de koelmogelijkheid van de airco’s uitgezet en bleef onze kamer dus erg warm (27 graden) ondanks het openzetten van de ramen gedurende de hele nacht. Wij hebben de receptie hier niet over benaderd, omdat het voor ons geen heel groot probleem was.

Er zitten stickers op de badkamerdeur geplakt om gasten erop te wijzen om aan het milieu te denken, maar we kregen geen kans om onze handdoek te hergebruiken. Want de handdoekjes die aan de wastafel en kachel hingen waren verschoond.

Er was een beperkte fruitkeuze bij het ontbijt (op de centrale markt was het duidelijk dat het kersen en aardbeien seizoen was) maar dit fruit hebben we geen enkele keer gezien (wij hebben 3x ontbeten)

Experienced Staff, Comfortable Stay, Small Rooftop
Pros:

I loved the interior, it was very modern and cooled with airconditioning - there was also prosecco available in the lobby.

Cons:

The outside area by the breakfast lounge is still being built as the hotel is very new so the grass is not laid out yet.

Our room was groundfloor and bedroom and bathroom window facing pedestrian street, to have some privacy window blinds had to be close which made the room dark

מיקום מעולה ממש במרכז העיר העתיקה, השירות היה טוב, ארוחת בוקר טוב מאוד , מיטות נוחות תודה רבה

הזמנו חדר, שבתמונות היו חלונות גדולים. כשהגענו הסתבר שהחדר אינו כמו בתמונה אלא עם חלון קטן בעליית גג . ולא כמו בתמונות בבוקינג. לאחר שהתלוננו בקבלה הם אמרו שזה מה שיש, אבל לבסוף העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר עם חלון פנימי לחצר אבל עדיין עם חלון גבוהה שאין אםשרות לסגור את האור ולהחשיך את החדר, בקבלה נתנו לי ערכה לכיסוי העיניים. מומלץ למלון לעדכן את הלקוחות שהחדר הוזמן לפני חצי שנה על העניין. כמו כן- ווידאתי שיש מעלית ואכן יש, אבל יש חדרים שנדרשות מספר מדרגות על מנת להגיע לידר, ממליצה לבדוק את 2 הדברים האלו
