Our room was on the third floor. It was very spacious with plenty of facilities including a coffee machine. The large bathroom had a bath and a shower. The breakfast room was amazing with great views of the harbour. The breakfast menu has plenty of choice. Had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent as well. The apple and rhubarb crumble was lovely.
Parking can be a problem when the hotel is busy. Had to request for the fan in the bathroom to be turned off.
Staff, especially Tara, were lovely. Breakfasts were amazing. Room view was fantastic and having breakfast in room each day was so relaxing. Looking forward to our trip back next April. A vis8t to Fishy Fishy is essential and a trip out in the boat was relaxing, even in the rain 😍
Mattress needs attention, dips on both sides. Loved the upstairs bar but closed.
Location is brilliamt with wo drrful views over tge water and tge opportunity along the boardwalk. Staff were attentive and responsive without being overwhelming. Breakfast was very good and the waitress pointed out folphons pkayong in the water - a treat we might have missed. The bqr was very relaxed and welcoming after long drive on Irish roads.

The suites were amazing with many windows opening out to the water and great views. The bar was attractive and fun. Breakfast was quite well done

Location is spot on, the staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious with great views over the harbour. On site parking as well
My only complaint was the breakfast was average, the bar food was excellent though.
The room, the view, and the overall comfort were excellent (the shower was exceptional). The breakfast was wonderful too. Every staff member was helpful and friendly.
There was a wedding and the music was very loud, so it was difficult getting to sleep until after it ended - around 1:30am.
