Nice stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

Great location, liked the views from my room which was also very spacious.

Cons:

Really did not enjoy breakfast and the old television. I could not watch or connect to Netflix or anything modern.

Esta sede del NH no me gusto

La ubicación estuvo buena

Cons:

Cuando reserve indicaba que tenían aire acondicionado y nunca funcionó. No indicaron que debíamos abrir la ventana.
Pedí una habitación matrimonial y la ventana no se abría y estaba rajada. Pedi a la persona de recepción que me ayude y su respuesta fue: No hay personal, le pedí una solución y no me la dio. Le tuve que pedir que me cambiar de habitación e inicialmente me dio una matrimonial que era muy pequeña y luego solo me dio una de 2 camas, nunca tuvo la intención de conseguirme otra matrimonial

PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS

THE LOACTION WAS GREAT. IT WAS CENTRALLY LOCATED WITHIN 300M OF THE OBLISK. WE CHOSE THE CORNER ROOM WHICH HAD GREAT VIEWS AND WAS VERY SPACIOUS. THE HOTEL RECOMMENDED A RESTAURANT FOR DINNER WHICH WAS EXCELLENT. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND HAD ALL OF THE AMENITIES THAT I WANTED. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TRIP TO SOUTH AMERICA, I WAS SURPRISED THAT VERY LITTLE ENGLISH IS SPOKEN HERE. BUT THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND TRIED TO HELP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. WE GOT TO TRY OUT THE TRANSLATE APT ON THE PHONE WHICH WORKED VERY WELL.I GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT ENGLISH SPEAKING TOURISTS VISIT SA SO THE SHOP KEEPERS DON'T NEED TO LEARN THE LANGUAGE. I WAS ABLE TO STORE OUR BAGS THERE BEFORE CHECK IN AND AFTER CHECK OUT. ALMOST FORGOT, BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOO WITH A WIDE VERIETY

THE ROOM AND DOWNSTAIRS LOBBY DIDN'T HAVE ANY USB OUTLETS FOR DEVICE CHARGING. AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY ADAPTERS SO YOU NEED TO BRING YOU OWN. ALSO THEY OPERATED ON 220V NOT OUR 110V SO YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT WHATEVER YOU PLUG INTO THE ADAPTOR WON'T BE DAMAGED BY THE HIGHER VOLTAGE. YOU SHOULD DO THIS BEFORE YOUR TRIP. WHILE EACH DEVICE HAS THE INFO ON IT BUT THE PRINT IS USUALLY SO SMALL AND NOT MUCH COLOR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IT AND THE BACK GROUND THAT IT IS DIFFICULT TO READ. IF YOUR NOT SURE YOU NEED TO BRING A CONVERTER THAT WILL CHANGE THE VOLTAGE TO 110V OTHER WISE YOU RUN THE RISK OF BOWING OUT YOUR DEVICES.
