Me encantó la amabilidad y atención del personal, quiero externar una felicitación a Pablo y Daniel del área de restaurante que durante el desayuno fueron muy amables y serviciales, de igual manera a Valentin Topia y Cristian Luque de recepción por su atención, amabilidad y disponibilidad.
Las instalaciones muy cómodas, una excelente ubicación muy cerca del Obelisco, el desayuno muy rico, con variedad. Nos sentimos muy a gusto mis padres y yo con el hotel. Cuando regresemos a Buenos Aires nos alojaremos de nuevo en este mismo hotel 😃
El personal y la habitación fueron de lo mejor
Die Lage war sehr gut!! Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber es ist super zentral und dafür ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut.

Con respecto a la ubicacion, perfecta, el personal muy atentos. En la habitacion la limpieza un 10.
En la habitacion que nos toco la vista espectacular, nos tocaron dias frios y la calefaccion estuvo perfecta.
El desayuno muy completo y todo impecable y rico.
Nos recibieron el equipaje antes de darnos la habitacion y tambien nos permitieron dejarlo hasta despues de la salida para que no andemos cargando con las cosas.
Lo unico que podria decir de la habitacion es que no tenia tomacorrientes cerca de la cama, o cerca de las mesas de luz. Pero si habia en otras partes de la pieza.

Hotel muy bien ubicado. La habitación era tan amplia como sale en las fotos. Desayuno buffet muy bueno y con variedad.
El hotel necesita una actualización. En la ducha el suelo resbalaba mucho y no estaban a mano los productos de baño, teniendo que dejarlos en el suelo.
Lo que mas nos gustó es la excelente ubicación (al lado del Subte..., Obelisco, centro histórico, teatros, etc) y la comodidad y muy buena accesibilidad de las instalaciones!!!
Nos extrañó que no viniera incluido el desayuno, para un hotel de esta categoría...El aire acondicionado es bastante ruidoso y una ampolleta emitía un ruido algo molesto
Ubicación
Se salia el agua de la ducha al bañarse y se mojaba muchísimo todo el baño, teníamos que poner las toallas en el piso para poder salir.

Solicitei um quarto específico no check-in online, e foi disponibilizado outro ao chegar no hotel.
Ar condicionado não tem regulagem de temperatura - segue os valores padrão do hotel.
Não houve serviço de camareira todos os dias, mesmo deixando o aviso na maçaneta.
Existe banheira no quarto, mas não há como utilizá-la pois não há tampa para o ralo.
