Впечатление очень хорошее: улыбчивые сотрудники, цветы в лобби, удобная мебель - все радовало глаз!
Pros:

Понравились завтраки. Большой выбор блюд. Свободный зал, расстановка столиков. Расположение - просто лучше быть не может: море рядом и центр города. Персонал доброжелательный и всегда готов прийти на помощь.

Cons:

Улучшать нечего, так держать!

Boa para 1 semana.
Pros:

Hotel em excelente localização, a meia quadra da praia e próximo das principais ruas de Tel Aviv, bem central mesmo. Café da manhã muito bom, com diversidade de opções e com vista de frente ao mar. Equipe do café da manhã muito solícita e educada. Há uma sala pra trabalhar muito boa também, no andar térreo do Hotel.

Cons:

A equipe da recepção, embora bem intencionada, não se esforçou muito para nos ajudar na prestação de serviços.
O ar condicionado do meu quarto desregulou uns 2-3 dias na minha estada de 7 dias, ele não esfriava então teve noite que dormi com 26 graus no quarto, rs.
Há muita dificuldade em conseguir táxi em Israel, a não ser pelo aplicativo Get (que nem sempre consegue um motorista) ou chamando na rua (muito difícil). Meus pais são idosos e minha mãe possui mobilidade reduzida, eles não nos ajudaram sequer 1x a conseguir um táxi, não fazem parcerias com motoristas de táxi, como por exemplo, o hotel Dan ao lado o faz.

Cons:

Das Bett ist nicht bequem, ich musste 3 zusätzliche Bettdecken drüber legen um schlafen zu können
Die Fenster sind nicht dicht daher muss man mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen.
Klimaanlage ist nicht effizient und sehr laut
Frühstück überteuert
Preisleistung passt nicht.

Cons:

The noise from the streets. The windows need to be triple glazed as the area is very busy. Not suitable for those with a walking issue as the shoes to the entrance has many stairs. A slope with a handrail would help.
The single mattress were very narrow

היה ממש מעל המצופה , קיבלנו שירות ממש טוב.
גם מפקידת הקבלה שדאגה להחליף לנו חדר לחדר עם מזגן טוב יותר וגדול יותר. גם משירות החדרים וגם במסעדה של ארוחת הבוקר.
ארוחת הבוקר היתה ממש ממש טעימה עם הרבה מאוד מגוון.
וכמובן שהמיקום של המלון מנצח.

מה שבאמת עשה לנו את החוויה היה השירות והיחס של הצוות!!!
פשוט אין מילים! ❤️
נתקלנו בבעיה קטנה של מיקומי חדרים
כשהגענו למלון.
לזכות המלון והמנהל זה טופל מיידית.
ביעילות ברגישות ובאדיבות, באמת נתנו לנו תחושה שאכפת להם מאיתנו! ומהחוויה שלנו..
וכהפתעה מקסימה, פינקו אותנו ללא כל עלות בשדרוג לחדר גדול מפנק ומרווח יותר.
זה כל כך לא מובן מאליו ורק הוכיח לנו עד כמה השירות שלהם יוצא מן הכלל🫶🏻
בנוסף ארוחת הבוקר הייתה נהדרת בשפע ענק
טעים וטרי.
האווירה במלון פשוט כיפית ומזמינה.
ממש הרגשנו את זה❤️

הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת
Pros:

התארחנו במלון פרימה תל-אביב 2 לילות , זוג + 2 ילדים.
מלון מצוין, צוות הקבלה מסביר פנים ואדיב מאד, ארוחת בוקר טובה ומגוונת עם אפשרות לשבת מול הים.
מיקום המלון מעולה, קרוב מאד לחוף הים, מרחק הליכה מרחוב דיזינגוף.
אנו מאד ממליצים.
