Location is amazing, very close to a nice clean beach. Rooms are spacious and have everything you might need in them. Breakfast was also great and the coffee machine available in the lobby is a great touch. Staff were helpful though not very friendly.

Location was superb, Staff was super responsive when something was needed for the room like extra towels or soap etc. Great value for money, Breakfast was more than enough and if you don't sign up for the breakfast there is always an incredible coffee machine in the lobby and fresh complimentary pastries available.

The location is fantastic, right by the beautiful Frishman beach, with a walking distance to Dizingof, restaurants, theatres, museums.

The staff was helpful, kind and generous.

My room was upgraded and it was awesome. Loved the spacious shower, with a sea view. There ware also complimentary water and snacks.
There is also an option to pick a pillow to your liking, and I chose the hippo allergy pillow, which was exactly what I liked.

The price is very good for what you receive, it's a great deal and I will most definitely come back

very nice hotel, the beds were very comfortable, good breakfast! But I would say it's a bit old and value for money is not the best.

Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, vielfältig und exzellent. Der Service beim Frühstück top.
Der Service im Hotel einfach großartig, hilfsbereit, freundlich, professionell. Wirklich sehr kundenorientiert. Ich habe mich wirklich geschätzt gefühlt, das ist ja heute nicht die Regel. Auch das housekeeping freundlich und lächelnd, ich hatte generell den Eindruck die Leute arbeiten hier gerne.
Es gibt complementaries, sehr lecker und großzügig. Kaffeautomat tagsüber und Wasser 24h. Zusätzlich Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer.
Ich habe ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen, für meinen Geschmack war das Bett etwas weich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, das Bett (keine Haare) und die Toilette - sind für mich essentielle Dinge, top! Auch das restliche Bad, wirklich schönes Ambiente und alles total sauber. Handtuch wäre jeden Tag gewechselt worden, ich habe es aber einmal abgelehnt. complementaries sind getrocknete Früchte, Pretzels und Schokolade, ich fand die Aufmerksamkeit sehr schön. Die Fenster sind halt Schiebefenster, also man hört die Straße, fand es aber nicht schlimm. An sich ist das Hotel sehr ruhig. Zumindest wenn man von der lauten hektischen Straße reinkommt ist dort eine herrliche Ruhe.
Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen!

Abends gibt es im Frühstücksraum (nicht vom Hotel aus) ein Restaurant, ich war dort einmal, das Essen war lecker, aber den Service dort fand ich unaufmerksam, ich habe dann nur eine Kleinigkeit gegessen und bin schnell wieder gegangen. Ich spreche kaum Iwrit und das Personal nicht so gut Englisch, vielleicht lag es daran.
