Pros:

El hotel está prolijo y cuidado, las habitaciones también. El desayuno es bueno. Nos permitieron usar las instalaciones comunes luego del check out y guardar las valijas.

Cons:

En el baño había una pérdida importante de agua. La identificamos tarde en la noche por eso no llegamos a hacer el reclamo.
Si bien estábamos en un piso alto, en la noche se escuchaban algunos ruidos del exterior, y en la mañana algunas campanas supongo de una capilla cercana.

You need to "climb" to the hotel from the street, and the staff doesn't allow you to take the luggage trolley beyond the door of the hotel, so you need to carry your bags inside (five in my case) and then load them in the trolley. The room was fine, and just about

Es genial para un viaje de pareja. Estratégicamente ubicado por ser una zona segura y linda, que además queda muy a mano para llegar a buenos restaurantes, teatro, cine, etc.

Pros:

Las instalaciones estan impecables, los espacios del hotel y la habitación son amplios y cómodos. La ubicación es muy buena, se puede acceder caminando a Recoleta, Retiro y el centro. Es fácil de llegar desde el el puerto y aeroparque.
El desayuno es muy completo.

Cons:

Deberían reponer mas seguido el jabon del baño, tuvimos que pedir que nos lleven.

Petit dejeuner tres correct, emplacement parfait

Trop bruyant , pas de double vitrage, nous etions au 8eme et on entendait la circulation comme si on etait a coté, dommage cela ne permet pas de se reposer
