Needing a final stop-over not far from the airport in Delhi, this hotel was perfect for our needs, clean, quiet, elegant, with a nice pool and patio and close to nice restaurant options. Value for money was also good. Highly recommend!

The design of the room is not bad.
The large mirrors were very helpful.
It would be nice if they had mirrored the layout of the room so the bed faced more towards the center of the pool area for the better view. Versus the current layout, in bed, one sees more the pillar of the building.

One can otherwise see the thoughtfulness of the design of the room. The room is just a bit aged. The power outlet? By the wall by the door was aged looking.

Wonderful team and very professional! But the hotel needs serious updating and needs a bit of sound proofing - very noisy.

The stay was good & the staff was very courteous & helpful & treated with respect.

We have stayed at this property for several years! Our most recent stay was from January 31-February 2, 2025. We were very disappointed with the lack of maintenance insofar as the mini bar fridge. It was not working and caused us a lot of inconvenience. On the day of our departure, February 2nd, we had an unpleasant experience with the doorman at the hotel entrance. He was rude and showed compete disregard for guest hospitality. We were unable to locate an Uber and so arrived with our shopping in an Auto Rickshaw. It was not allowed to enter the main gate and we were told that it is hotel policy not to allow auto rickshaws on the premise. While we respect that policy, the least that the doorman could have done was to offer to take our bags inside. He continued to argue and at one point became quite belligerent! Your staff definitely need training. The front office and travel desk managers are very courteous, especially Shushank and Anju who does the night shift. But it takes only one bad experience to spoil the reputation of a hotel! I hope the management will look into this! I will hesitate to come
again if this kind of behavior toward guests continues.

Everything went off well!

I really enjoyed my stay. I was attending a conference in ISI Katwaria Sarai and also met friends at IIT Delhi and JNU. The location was perfect for me with the Vasant Vihar metro station virtually across the street. I used a metro quite a but including taking it to Hauz Khas and changing to the Yellow line to Patel Chowk. The Priya cinema and mall complex is right next door with excellent dining options. Had a wonderful dinner at Smoke and Grill in the mall. The hotel was fantastic with a great breakfast spread. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I also used the gym on a number of occasions and the gym facilities are great. All in all a fantastic stay and I will certainly stay here the next time I am back in Delhi.

Friendly staff and good location

Rooms were clean and tidy, staff were courteous and attentive. Multiple Weddings events happening makes the place a bit chaotic but the staff is very attentive to the needs of guests outside of the wedding party.
Loved the dining options at Cafe Resto (24 hours cafe). Good location - near to old delhi but not in the middle of everything which makes it quieter and safe.
Booked a car for a day from the in-house travel desk. Car was clean, comfortable and well priced.
Overall a good stay. Thank you.

For the cost of the hotel , lots of noise from 1am - 4am most nights early mornings - weddings taking place daily & the WiFi was a serious issue up on the 5th floor- food & drinks were over priced considering you could buy a beer outside for 500 rupees- staff unhelpful when complaining- just interested in taking money
