Pros:

Las instalaciones son impresionantes y están muy bien cuidadas. Con un personal muy amable. Recomiendo el Restaurante Café Resto y su rissotto con Espárragos y Alcachofas, está de diez.

Cons:

Eché de menos algo más de variedad de comida europea en el desayuno. Es cierto que hay mucha comida y variada, pero más enfocada a la zona asiática

Beautiful hotel in Agra
Pros:

This is a huge property, top class in India. Rooms are really nice, gardens are well maintained. All restaurants are top nutch.

Cons:

Swimming pool is average compare to hotel level.
Very few people enjoy it, water is not high level quality tratment.

Room, big balcony, staff very nice and food was excellent

Cons:

We had a problem at extending our time to stay by 1 night. Took few calls to booking.com yet hotel really took their time to resolve it. So I recommend patience as it is badly needed

Chambres de qualité très aléatoires ce sui peut vite gâcher le séjour. Une fois dans une bonne chambre alors effectiveme

Très belle piscine agréable et l’espace tout autour l’est également.
Buffet du petit déjeuner et du dîner de très bonne qualité avec beaucoup de choix et personnel attentif.
Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Très beau jardin dans lequel on peut déambuler.

Cons:

La premier nuit fut horrible. On. Lus a mis dans une chambre pas propre ( cheveux, tissus, sdn extrêmement vétuste…) extrêmement bruyante , nous avions la musique ambiante de la réception comme si nous y étions alors que nous étions éloignés, c’était l’étage où le staff rangeait son matériel les portes qui claque le personnel qui parle très très fort dès 5 heures du matin. Une nuit horrible et gâchée après un long voyage qui fait largement perdre de la valeur à cet hôtel.
J’ai dû demander à changer de chambre avec insistance sans qu’aucune excuse ne me soit faite pour cette nuit cauchemardesque. L’équipe des Check out et encaissement n’a jamais été aimable de tout le séjour contrairement au personnel de la restauration ou de la piscine. Le réception n’est pas d’une grande amabilité non plus.

Convenient Location
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was sufficient with various selections. The location was convenient. We would stay here again.

Good overall place for a family holiday.
Pros:

1. Helpful and courteous staff
2. Great for overall family stay. There is something for everyone, every age at the hotel.
3. Comfortable rooms.

Cons:

1. There was some kind of stench coming in some rooms. However the staff was courteous enough to help us out with a change of rooms.
2. Itc next door feels more plush at lesser cost. We however opted this because of the game zone here

Spettacolare scelta della colazione su più ristoranti interni.
Bella e piena di servizi la zona spa, con sauna e bagno turco, purtroppo la piscina c'è solo all'esterno e di sera è molto freddo per far il bagno.
Palestra completa e carina.

Cons:

Area piscina, anche piccola, internamente, per poter fare il bagno anche di sera.
Purtroppo ho scoperto tardi l'area svago con biliardo, bowling e altro.. molto bella. Ma potrebbero tenerla aperta fino ad un po più tardi la sera.
