Pros:

朝食、ロビー、部屋、どれも良かったです。ロケーションは、ヒースロー空港へのアクセスがとても良いので選びましたが、観光名所等へのアクセスはやや不便かなという印象でした。

Cons:

深夜1:30頃に緊急警報でたたき起こされて、非常階段を使って外に緊急避難し、15分ほど外で過ごしたのちに部屋に戻りました。避難自体は安全重視の対応として良かったと思いますが、何があったのか、なぜ部屋に戻っても良くなったのか、ホテルからの説明は一切無く、周りの人に倣って部屋に戻ったという感じでした。翌朝、お詫びのレターは部屋に差し込まれており、ある程度の状況は把握できましたが、避難解除時点での説明はありませんでした。
