とにかくロケーションが便利です。ヒースロー空港から電車で一本、パディントン駅直結です。ホテル入り口の下にスーパーが2軒、飲み物や軽食などもすぐに買えます。ホテル周りもお店がたくさんです。便利です。お部屋も広かったです。
やはり少し古いためか、同行者の部屋はコンセントが1箇所しか使えないという状態だったそうです。
ただ、不潔ということはなく、清潔で綺麗です。古いということは否めないので、設備の新しさを求める人には少し不満かもしれません。
Location next to Paddington Station is excellent.
My room was not serviced during my 2 night stay. Dont know why. The bar was closed. Apparently this is normal for weekends. No fridge in the room and peeling wallpaper.

Not the 4-Star Hilton Experience I Expected
I had a very disappointing experience at Hilton London Paddington.
As a Hilton Diamond member, I have stayed at many Hilton properties and have generally had very good experiences. Unfortunately, this stay was far below the standard I expected from a Hilton hotel, especially considering the price and the fact that the property is positioned as a 4-star hotel.
I arrived at around 2pm after notifying the hotel in advance that I would be checking in between 12pm and 3pm, but my room was not ready. While I understand that early check-in is not always guaranteed, the way the situation was handled was poor. The concierge/bell staff member I dealt with when leaving my luggage was rude and unhelpful, which created a very poor first impression.
The main issue during my stay was the air-conditioning in the room. The temperature would not drop below 25°C, which made the room uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in. I reported this to reception several times — at night, the following morning, and again later — and each time I was told it was being looked into. Unfortunately, nothing changed, and the issue was never resolved.
I also followed up by email while I was still at the hotel, but received no meaningful response. My stay has now ended, I have left the hotel, and the problem was never sorted out.
There were also a number of other disappointments. The hallways and reception area feel quite dated, and the building would benefit from a proper refresh. The executive lounge was not very well stocked in terms of snacks, and the breakfast was average at best. The location and proximity to Paddington Station are definitely positives and very convenient, but unfortunately that was one of the few highlights of the stay.
For a Hilton property in such a prominent location, I found this extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, the hotel did not feel like a 4-star property. I would rate it closer to a 2- to 3-star hotel at most.
The lack of follow-up, poor handling of the air-conditioning issue, and overall condition of the hotel really let the stay down. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to return or recommend this hotel.
I did not like anything about the property. It was falsely advertised on booking.com and I did not get the same product shown in the photo
They should not falsely advertise their product but rather show the actual room as it is

Rooms are in desperate need of refresh. Felt like a motel. Charge rates that are higher than other properties around the area with higher quality.
