The location is the best for connections to Heathrow and has many underground lines, buses, taxis, and Uber.

Cons:

The shower is in a tub that was built some 50 years ago. The bathroom is crying for remodeling.

While there was space for a refrigerator, it was removed.

Very enjoyable and relaxing.
Pros:

Very quiet room. Good size. Everything actually worked. When we asked for an additional power cable, this was very quickly arranged. The immediate location of shops for small items at the station was really appreciated.

Cons:

No refrigerator - we had to ask for one in the room. For a 300 pound plus hotel this is very poor. This should be a standard inclusion.
