The location is superb and I am okay with the facilities and services.

The breakfast is very good and allows for choice. The room is clean and comfortable.

My Hilton Honours status should entitle me to upgrade.

Avoid first floor rooms
Pros:

Location, comfy bed

Cons:

The room (first floor 119) was next to the loading bay. They woke us at 2am and again at 6. It was for an hour each time. I told the staff and they admitted they were aware that room was noisy due to the slip and loading bay. That space shouldn’t be sold - it was so bad I didn’t sleep.

Great London location for sightseeing and access to the airport. Great for Restaurants , Hyde Park
Pros:

Location was great, used Paddington station underground to sightseeing London Fantastic direct service to the Heathrow Airport from Paddington Station. Breakfast was one of the best ever.

Cons:

Hotel is dated and worn. No Hot water on the day of our departure. Had to take a cold shower the day we left. Restaurant was great, gut warm and stuffy.

Pros:

Loved this hotel! The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and the convenience to trains and underground was perfect, as was the shopping and restaurants attached to the hotel!

Solid, nice, clean Hilton with large guest rooms.
Pros:

Overall, this is a fabulous hotel in the midst of all-things London. The decor is solid, typical Hilton, but the rooms for what one typically gets in the city were very large with comfortable beds. Both of these a huge bonus for sure, when traveling with family.

Great location, comfortable bed, friendly staff but a bit expensive for the relatively plain room.
Pros:

Absolutely exceptional location in the heart of London, but so easy to get to Heathrow and the Underground. Building and lobby are beautiful, and excellent breakfast selections.

Cons:

My room was a bit out of date, and the bathroom was poorly designed. Also there was no place to charge my phone on the nightstand.

Was pricey but worth it for premium location - would have liked a more updated room but the one we had was clean and ver
Pros:

Location! Literally accessible via Paddington station (do not need to exit the building - use the entrance located by the Starbucks).

Cons:

Rooms were a bit dated (faucet in bathroom was tarnished/old) and no hair dryer in room.

Mükkemel konum
Pros:

Cons:

Odalar eski hissettiriyor. Özellikle zeminin halı olması biraz pis hissettirdi

Pros:

I stayed at your hotel as my daughter was dying in Paddington Hospital. It was a last minute booking and I was made to feel welcome. The member of staff who took my booking was very kind and supportive. I would like to thank the staff for everything and will revisit under better circumstances. Thank you all.

Ok
Pros:

The bed. Very comfy with super pillows
Bathroom was spotless
Quality toiletries

Cons:

Was in the capital for a brain surgery operation and Chose this hotel as a treat to myself prior to the major surgery. Past stays Were impressive and I promised myself to return when the opportunity arose. Wanted something special for myself.

Sadly, my latest visit made my heart sink as I felt this prestigious hotel of great standing had lost its shine. Faded and stale smelling carpets, particularly in the corridors, tatty paintwork and wardrobe doors that would not close.
Room refreshment tray - bereft of enough milk to make more than a couple of satisfying ‘cuppas’. Not even a biscuit pick-me up, for those guests arriving after a long journey. The saying ‘paired to the bone ‘ springs to mind.
No ‘in-room’ welcome information details; No Menu for the restaurant; No ‘ You are here ‘. Map. Not everyone has the technology to Zap the QR code. Contrary to popular belief, Dinosaurs do still exist! You just don’t want to see them.

A huge disappointment for me was to be told breakfast was not included in the price I had paid. I chose this particular deal /package (through booking . Com). ONLY because the advert professed breakfast was included and was highlighted on the page in bold. The website booking page is completely misleading and needs attention to save people like myself from feeling fleeced.

As I was a solo traveller, on a budget and thought I had my sustenance (£££££) bases covered for the trip, I literally went to what was a stressful visit to hospital with no food all day until tea-time.
Please demonstrate more transparency in the way you reel people in to booking accommodation with you.

To finish, I feel the Hilton Paddington hotel is now a fairly standard, overpriced hotel. It’s only real positive these days is the convenience of Paddington Train station. It No longer has the Special Touch’.

PS- would love the return of £30 - cost of the breakfast I KNOW I paid for but never got.

thank you

A.B.
