Requesting late check-out
Pros:

The check in staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean and I was very satisfied with my stay and I will more than likely stay again next year when I am back in the area.

Cons:

I asked for a 12:00 checkout but they said I would have ask the morning staff. I asked the lady up front early that morning on my out for an event. I requested the late check out and explained why I needed it but I was told she could not do it because 11:00 was the check out time. I explained again why I needed the later time. After explaining and explaing I asked if I could not check out by 11:00 what would be the charge. She said $25 and I asked for how long & she said 1 hrs so I explained the reason again and she finally granted my request for a late check out at 12:00. I returned from the event around 11:15 and I checked out between 11:45 -12:00. I appreciated the late check out but I would like to know that it will not be a problem to grant a late check out of 1 hour when you attend an event that you have no control over the time. I attended the Susan G Komen race for the cure breast cancer walk and I will be there again next year. Please have mammograms done and remind your friends and family to do the same. Early detection is the key to fighting & surviving!!

I Loved the location and the amenities but the cleanliness could have been better.
Pros:

They served continental breakfast so I got a nutri grain bar and a muffin on the last day of my stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was not up to my standards. The sink was dirty toilet was filthy and I had to get the front desk to clean the bath tub. The refrigerator was dirty and the microwave was dirty on the inside.

It really does disappointed

It say no smocking , and my room was dirty bathroom was all dusty everywhere hair in toilet a/c was dirty room smells like mariguana all night long can't sleep from strong smell .. no coofe maker in the room no breakfast as offered or coffee.

It sucked monkeys balls.
Pros:

Kaye the gay guy on Night Shift was pretty amazing. He was sweet and nice.

Cons:

The two ladies on morning shift sucked. They were rude and did not have anything that said that they did and I do not believe I should’ve had to pay the price that I had to pay and not get the amenities that I was told that I would get.
