Tesisin konumu çok iyi, çok merkezi. Odaları çok güzel döşenmiş ve konforlu. Tren istasyonuna bakan odada kaldık. Pencerelerin ses izolasyonu o kadar iyi ki, hiç gürültü duymadık. Yataklar ve koltuklar çok rahat. Mini bara her gün soğuk içecek koymaları ve tümünün bedava olması çok hoş bir jest.

Otelin benim gözümde şahane olmasına engel tek şey, kahvaltıdaki otel çalışanları. Kahvaltı salonunun üst kısmında, aydınlık taraftaki tüm masalar yasaklı. Kahvaltı görevlileri orada oturmanıza izin vermiyor. İstediğiniz masada oturmanıza izin vermiyorlar. Onların uygun gördüğü masaya oturmak zorundasınız. Okuldaki bir çocuğu azarlayan sert öğretmenler gibi davranıyorlar, ve bu hiç hoş değil. Kalabalık otelde kocaman üst kahvaltı salonu boş dururken, biz neden alt kısımda karanlıkta tıkış tıkış oturmak zorundayız? Kahvaltı organizasyonu ve çalışanları gözden geçirilmeli!

Great value for money - close to Hbf and city centre
Pros:

Great value for money, amazing service (far above average in Germany), convenient location, very good breakfast and check-out until 12.

Cons:

The location might be noisy (people partying and yelling on the weekend), but that was to be expected from close proximity to Hbf and city centre.

Det er et pænt hotel, med en super central beliggenhed.

Cons:

Deres morgenmadsbuffet var under standarten for et 4 stjernet hotel. Trist og tørt pålæg/ost. Men det værste var den tynde filterkaffe man fik tilbudt, som eneste mulighed. Vi skriver altså 2026, og alle andre hoteller i denne klasse har fået installeret en større kaffemaskine, så man selv kan vælge alm. kaffe/espresso eller en cappuccino.

Hôtel situé en plein centre ville à proximité de la gare. Chambre de mobilier un peu ancien mais confortable et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié.

Plusieurs parkings publics à la proximité de l'hôtel, mais accès difficile du fait des nombreux travaux dans le quartier
