Der Besuch zu einer Lesung mit einer Freundin war sehr schön. Absacker an der Hotelbar.
Pros:

Da ich mit der Bahn angereist bin, war die Lage einfach super. Ohne Frühstück gebucht, da ich sehr früh zurück fahren musste zu einer Frühstückseinladung zwecks zweier Dienstjumiläen.

Charmantes, familiengeführtes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit allem, was man sich wünscht.
Pros:

Das charmante, traditionsreiche Hotel gleich gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof atmet Geschichte, bietet aber auch zeitgemäßen Komfort und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sowohl für Touristen wie Geschäftsreisende zu empfehlen!

Außer die eine Sache, was mich geärgert hat, warum wir zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Lage war für diesen Aufenthalt ideal gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Wir hatten Glück konnten schon ganz früh in das Zimmer. Es war sehr groß und sogar was wir bisher noch nie irgendwo hatten kostenlose Getränke im Kühlschrank. Ich bin blind und die Hilfe beim Frühstück am Sonntag war wirklich top.

Cons:

Da ich am Samstag um 7:15 Uhr schon zum Bahnhof musste und demnach nicht frühstücken konnte, war es abgesprochen, dass ich ein Lunchpaket bekam. Es sollte schon an der Rezeption sein. Der Mitarbeiter ging es holen. Jedoch fand ich diese Art von Lunchpaket eine Frechheit. Es kam aus der Kühlung. Da waren je zwei aufeinander geklappte Toastbrot Scheiben, ein Apfel und ein Getränk drin. Jedoch die Toastbrot Scheiben waren richtig weich und matschig konnte man gar nicht essen. Das habe ich auch bei Abreise angesprochen aber ich glaube verstanden wurde ich nicht. Bei einem so hohen Übernachtungspreis hätte ich mir doch ein besseres Lunch Spaghetti erhofft.

Werde beim nächsten Hannover-Besuch woanders buchen
Pros:

Hotel ist sehr laut an einer Dauerbaustelle gelegen. Das Personal versteht/spricht schlecht deutsch, auch mit englischer Sprache gibt es Schwierigkeiten. Frühstück ist leider schlecht organisiert. Leere Platten werden nicht nachgelegt. Kaffee wird serviert, genau wie Eierspeisen. Problem dabei ist, dass einfach kein Personal zu sehen ist, bei dem man bestellen könnte. Also sitzt man ohne Getränk da, oder Eierspeisen/Pancake, die man theoretisch bestellen könnte. Dafür dann 25 Euro pro Person zu nehmen, ist schon unangemessen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für den Preis sehr klein, lag zur Straße, nachts sehr laut. Dusche und WC mit Glas abgetrennt, war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Waschbecken im Zimmer, nicht gut.

Högklassigt boende centralt och mycket nära Hannover Hbf. Trevligt klassiskt järnvägshotell med utmärkt frukost. Bra restaurang i källarplanet. Trevlig personal. Sköna sängar och kuddar.

Cons:

Rummet i minsta laget, ingen plats för större resväskor, dock plats för kabinväska. Fläkten i badrummet är oerhört högljudd och går ej att stänga av utan att släcka belysningen.
