Atendimento dos funcionários foi impecável. Fora isso lamentável. Não recomendo e jamais voltarei a esse hotel.

De kamer had geen airco. De nacht van 27 op 28 juni 2026 was een van de heetste ooit gemeten in Duitsland. Het was ruim 30 graden in de hotelkamer.

Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilator, welcher unglaublich laut ist. Es war auch nicht möglich das Fenster aufzumachen, weil die betrunkene Menschen draußen die ganze Nacht geschrien haben sowie viele Autos mit lauter Musik die ganze Nacht vorbeigefahren.
Außerdem Bett war ziemlich eng, Matratze hart und unbequem. Ich habe dementsprechend kaum geschlafen.

No air con in rooms - a portable fan was supplied. Luckily it wasn't too hot
