Good location on campus, friendly staff, quiet, self check in and out, 24 hour bar/ cafe in lobby

Cons:

Plastic cups for coffee /tea. No bottle opener, toothbrush, toothpaste or comb in rooms. Breakfast was not great.

The staff were amazing. I had surgery and called to see if they could accommodate an earlier check in and they made it happen. Very thankful to the staff.

Overall, for one night I would come back again but I wouldn't eat in the restaurant.

Good location . The lady at reception very good efficient and very pleasant welcome
Pros:

Breakfast healthy choices . The beds were good

Cons:

The pillows too soft. The kettle in the room being plastic they really affect the water taste so having a cup of tea in room was not pleasant. As this is a facility in the room I becomes a disappointment

You had to go in the dark to the toilet - heater system was centrally shut down - breakfast was below standard (very old crossaint - could have been weeks around)
