Value, friendly staff
As I checked in late, I was able to secure a parking spot in the grounds and check in with no difficulties. The young man who assisted me in the self-check in was most appreciated.
For some reason the power points in my room were inoperable. Luckily, I was still in my day clothes and went down to reception. The lady behind the counter said it was only the black switch near the lights. This did not work I returned to the desk to say this has not been remedied. She closed the front desk and returned to my room with me. There was some switch on one power point which activated the whole room.

I decided to stay another night as I had a medical episode at the university hospital.
I recovered sufficiently at 4pm after booking the extra night.
I drove back to Pokolbin.
I asked for a credit. It was declined.
I intend to come back regularly,
So because it was medically related why I had to stay again, I thought I may gave got some empathy and got a credit on compassionate grounds.
Room was quite large, very clean and bed extremely comfortable. Lovely outlook with lawn and trees and close to the university where we were going for a function. We invited guests for the buffet breakfast and everyone was more than happy with the choice of dishes and drinks. It suited us perfectly.
