Breakfast is exceptional, bed is also outstanding and overall hotel commodities are top tier.
The shower is way too small for any kind of maneuver and I'm in really good shape.
Some parts of the facilities are a little degraded.

The food

The breakfast was enough and delicious, I was not expecting this much of variety but there was many options to complete the breakfast. The room was also comfortable in general with the good attitude of hotel staff. The location was good, we were close to the public transportation which helped us to wander around the city.
Air conditioning was week. We were not able to efficiently use the conditioning so there was a continuous pressure on the room as windows are locked. The bed could be more comfortable when compared with the all furniture in the hotel.
The Windsor Hotel met all our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and bright; the minibar was free; the breakfast was decent; and the staff were kind, cheerful, and helpful. The location is very good, we walked to the Duomo, which took about 20 minutes. The Central Station is less than a 15 min walk away.
There are shops and restaurants around the hotel, and Italians are generally very relaxed, so even if you can’t figure something out, feel free to ask someone on the street and they will gladly point you in the right direction.
We will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for the hospitality. 😊

I booked this as it shows on here as a 4 star property , This was my first time in Milan and when I arrived I was initially impressed with the lobby but as soon as I got my keys it went down hill - as I entered the lift which was extremely tacky and the interior of the lift had been wallpapered and the tv in there had a warning on the full duration of my stay - when I arrived into my original room my initial thoughts where it was small but clean , when I sat on the bed it was creaking everytime I moved , I was on the first floor the noise from outside was terrible as it’s firstly infront of a tram line - I complained to reception but due to me arriving 10 pm I was told there’s nothing he could do and I should of arrived earlier when day shift was on , he moved me onto the 7th floor the noise issue was much better and the bed didn’t creak but it had a strong smell of cheap cleaning product , I got to sleep and the next morning woke up in a full rash all across my back and legs , I went into the shower that I barely fit into it was no bigger than 2 foot by 2 foot , the shower was very weak and the hottest it went to was Luke warm and also leaked all over the bathroom floor , I left at 9 am went to breakfast where I was met with what should of been hot food but now very cold as If it was put out at 7am and left , one customer asked for fresh eggs and was told that once it’s gone it’s gone I got myself a yogurt and left and couldn’t of been happier to leave
