The staff were great, the rooms were comfortable and the location is perfect. Its not far from bars or the train station
The checkin, room furnishings and the location of hotel were great. I also had a great breakfast! The hotel has the old key hangers still displayed, but has updated to card locks from my last visit a few years ago.
The room was warm and I couldn't figure out the air system.
Location was good
We were informed that breakfast finished at 10:30am. But food started to be taken away at 10:15am literally as we were trying to make our selection from the buffet.
The room was on the 5th floor. It was very warm inside the room and stuffy. So we tried to turn on the air conditioning which wouldn’t activate. We then informed reception who advised that the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on as it was out of season.
This was extremely disappointing as we were unable to open the window due to mosquitos (my wife had previously been bitten)
So we didn’t exactly have a great stay.
We reported our disappointment to the reception team and was simply advised to mention it on a review ? Hence this feed back.
