Localização e conforto da cama.

Cons:

Falta de flexibilidade do restaurante no jantar. Por ser diabético, não posso comer arroz nem batata a noite.
Vi um prato que tinha vegetais e salmão. Como não gosto de peixe pedi para trocar pela carne, mas fui informado que o restaurante não faz alteracoes na combinação dos pratos.

Quarto bonito, hotel é bom porém tem seus problemas.

Cons:

Cheguei no hotel de uma longa viagem e estava sem luz. O quarto não tinha uma luz de emergência (gerador ou algo do tipo). Não pude carregar o celular para ligar a lanterna e não enxergava nada.
O quarto precisava de um upgrade. Ar condicionado fazia muito barulho na madrugada.

O café da manhã é muito fraco, poderia ter menos opções mas mais caprichadas. O suco de laranja é um refresco ruim e os pães de queijo estavam sofríveis. Menos é mais!

Cafe da manha sem itens para pessoas com restriçao alimentar (lactose).
Fomos informados no momento no momento do check in que o room service encerrava as 22;30. Fizemos o check in as 23;15 e o serviço ja tinha encerrado. Para um hotel como esse, deveria ter serviço 24h
