Cons:

Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung gequitscht
WC Spülung hat nicht gut funktioniert man musste 6 mal spülen dass WC Papier weg war
Kein Nachfragen wie es war usw.

Die Lage des Hotels ist Top!
Unterkunft und Ausstattung sowie Frühstück sind einfach gut !!
Personal ist freundlich, wobei Kundenservice ein wenig zu wünschen lässt!

Cons:

Ich war, bedingt durch die Anreise, zeitiger im Hotel! Obwohl das Zimmer schon bezugsfertig war, musste ich in der Lobby warten, außer ich würde 20€ Aufpreis zahlen, für 1,5 Stunden, zeitigeren Bezug !! Das finde ich einfach nur unverschämt und abzocke !!
Aber ansonsten wie immer ein gutes Hotel !!
