Easy check in
I had to go ask for new bedding for both beds. They were dirty and black stained on top of it. The hand towel by the sink still had last persons make up on it. We had no smoke alarm attached. I do house keeping and this room would have never been acceptable.
Location is decent. It worked for the time being of what we needed. It was a roof over our head and had a hot shower. Just needed for day use while working overnight.
Main door handle had to be used the opposite way, card didn’t work all the time, hair in the sink drain (a lot of it), lamp didn’t work, outlets were damaged, tv channels would change language on its own, bed and floor covered in dog hair. Not very clean at all.

I didn't like anything. The pillows were square pillows. The blanket was as thin as the sheet. I froze most of the night. One light switch powered everything in the room. Tried to charge our phones and accidentally flipped that one switch and that caused us to be late to my VA appointments that day. I was pissed. I will not stay there again
Honestly, when my wife and I smelled the breakfast down the hall, it made our stomachs turn. The gravy for the "Biscuits and Gravy" was watered down and was not appetizing at all. The Biscuits were over cooked. My wife was looking forward to muffins and there wasn't any. The breakfast was plain and it showed that the managers were skimping to save money.

I booked through booking online. Reserved a late check in was charged. Then they gave my room away because a full college came in and booked. I have never received a refund.
