Aged and very basic hotel

Nice and clean hotel. Rude staff.

We used this hotel for 1 night having stayed in another hotel leading up to it. Great value and the aircon in the room was excellent. Just over 10 min walk to Sagrada Famila which was ideal.

The room was spacious, beds very comfortable and very close to shopping, metro, bus stations and Sagradia Familia

My issue they were so naive, why? Here is the answer
I was sleeping at the hotel waiting for my friend, he came and knock the door. I was too tired that I didn't hear that. The one of the housekeepers heard that and open the door for him without any confirmation of he should have access to the room.
Another time I forgot my key inside the room and I went to the reception, I told him that I need another key, he just asked me for my room number. I could take any room's key.
One last thing, there's no fridge in the room
Other than that the hotel is one of the best and I would give it a higher rate

Good stay - clean and very comfy beds. Air conditioning was very much needed during a heat wave. Only issue is that our fridge didn't work but they replaced it the next day. The location isn’t the best - it’s a decent walk (about 1 hour) to gothic quarters and the beach (which is where the pretty parts of the city are). If I went back to Barcelona I would definitely book something closer to those areas because walking an hour in 40 degree weather was not fun.

I do NOT recommend it.

Staff were brilliant, we arrived as a power cut across the whole of Spain was happening. No fuss directed us into the onsite parking and carried our bags by torchlight up the stairs for us. Luckily electricity was restored before dark. The terrace room was very comfortable and I would recommend this option, gave us space to sit outside and enjoy the view across the city. Breakfast was average, I would say there are plenty of options around the hotel do save your money.

Great location and walking distance to main attractions

Great clean hotel, room is new! Wish it had a mini fridge though and a kettle would be nice because they don't allow you to bring xuos of tea or coffee back to your room.

We loved our stay - ended up staying at the apartments instead of the hotel (free upgrade - we have a toddler and it made the trip so much easier). The breakfast buffet is good with lots of options. Nice location, close to public transportation, walkable to La Sagrada Familia.

The staff is very professional and courteous. Very clean hotel. I would suggest to improve the breakfast menu. But other than that it is a hotel yhat I would definitely recommend.
