Pros:

De locatie is top, veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Leuke tentjes en winkels. Ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Het geluid, we zaten in kamer 418 en boven onze kamer was ontbijtgedeelte. Vanaf 6 uur in de ochtend werd je wakker van het geluid van schuivende stoelen en tafels. Kamer was niet geisoleerd, dus erg gehoorig, geluid van buiten kreeg je de hele dag mee. Kamer heeft ook een renovatie en deep cleaning nodig, veel stoffigheid, een bank in de kamer die niet meer zo fris uitzag. Hier en daar kwamen we ook mieren en andere ongedierte tegen. Badkamer had ook veel schimmel langs de kitranden. Dag van aankomst was de badkuip smerig, die is volgende dag wel schoon gemaakt. Ramen, vitrages en gordijnen zagen ook niet meer fris uit. Bij het uitchecken wordt niet eens gevraagd hoe verblijf is geweest. Blijkbaar omdat ze het al weten.

Beliggenhet og det var vel det eneste. Bilder fra hotellet er ikke slik en ser for seg. Innredning på rommet var slitt og gammelt, spesielt badet var ekkelt.

ロケーションは良かった。

Cons:

増築なのか、部屋へ向かう廊下が外とつながっており、大変暑く、部屋もエアコンの機器が悪かった。また、部屋にはアリがおり、食べ物がダメになった。シャワーも古く、水の止まりが悪く、温度調節が大変だった。また、ホテルに入るのには、階段があり、ボーイに荷物は持ってもらったものの、バリアーフリーではなかった。

Pros:

Love the property and the staff. They’re very accommodating.

Cons:

The bed needs an upgrade. The springs are loose and it’s very uncomfortable.

Perfect Location, Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Place Hotel Saigon. The hotel's central location made it very convenient to explore major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas in Ho Chi Minh City.
What impressed me most was the genuine hospitality of both the hotel's leadership team and every staff member. From check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.
Thank you for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend Place Hotel Saigon to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and look forward to staying here again.
