My stay was a nightmare

Cons:

Room was full of flies and roaches were present. Hall way was full of trash and elevator was raggedy. Towels were dirty and room had a nasty smell. Shower was horrible. I asked for a refund and was denied.

The bed was the only thing of use at the hotel.

Cons:

Everything they offer online is a lie. No working hot tub, no hairdryer in the room elevators broken and scary, bugs burn hole in the non smoking rooms etc.

I had a very welcoming stay. Of course some improvements are needed but good for last minute booking

The comfort of our stay was excellent. No issues with needing to get more towels when we need to, everything to tv to bedding was available.

Cons:

Both the refrigerator and microwave didn’t work in our room. I know for sure we had to kill 3 roaches, not sure if any more exposed themselves after #3. The breakfast was TRASH!! I travel a lot for personal and work, and the breakfast is always my biggest reason of booking. I wouldn’t stay anywhere that doesn’t serve breakfast, and when I went down stairs early in the morning I wish they just wouldn’t have done breakfast either. Stale/small selection of cereal, reloading chips ahoys back to back etc. Only productive thing my kids got to eat was an apple and the yogurt. A lot of improvement needs to be done there.

Hotel is an absolute disgrace. Roaches crawling on walls and beds. Very awful stench. Stained futon, severely stained and dirty mattresses. Elevator barley working and was quite scary.

The hotel was not clean and the breakfast was subpar.
Pros:

The location was very close to the areodrome ice complex.

Cons:

Break fast was sub par. Would have liked a bit more options than bread and waffles. There wasn't a toaster so you couldn't toast the bread. And there was no protein besides some questionable looking eggs. If bacon/sausage isn't a viable option maybe peanut butter for the bread to make pb&js or something.
