NEVER AGAIN.
Pros:

Staff were rude and not helpful at all. Room was dirty and window locks were broken. Asked top br moved and was denied. NEVER AGAIN

My daughter’s birthday gone wrong trying to stay at a good quality hotel.

Heated pool that we didn’t get to experience

Cons:

While at the stay at quality suite I had the worse experience for my daughters birthday we checked in and decorated and then came back later after 10:30 so didn’t get to swim which is why the room was booked. We discovered a very dirty pull out bed and mentioned it to the doorman and he explained that ntn could be done cause housekeeping wasn’t there but he could provide new sheets due upon pulling the mattress off the pull out the doorman knocked my sons ps5 off the stand and broke it. It was over all a terrible experience and continues to ask for a manager for a refund for room and my deposit back, drove all the way back home with sleepy kids and reached back out to the hotel the next day and doorman advised to call back in 2-3 hours for management and provided name and contact information for management to reach back out to me stay haven’t heard from management about the situation with my refund and deposit.
