Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Breakfast was above average for a free hotel breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good. Lots of places to eat and shop, but away from city center. We would stay here again.

Nice and comfy for the perfect stay from home!
Pros:

Loved that it was in the middle of everything! The breakfast was included and the staff was amazing! Mrs. Lilly and Mr. Sam were amazing help to my family and we will be booking again!

I have not been back since my last stay and still have not heard from management about a refund or how he would like to

The service staff are always very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The last time I stayed there were roaches in the first room I was offered. In the 2nd room dead bugs and trash in the shower, and cleaning products still in the toilet.
