Bel endroit mais ménage à améliorer
Pros:

L’emplacement est exceptionnel. Proche de tout. Et très calme malgré la distance avec la rue et artère très fréquenté. Conciergerie et bellboy incroyable. Bon petit déjeuné varié. Le room service quotidien était impeccable également. Ils ont été très réactif quand j’avais besoin.

Cons:

- Check in: je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’ai réservé. Je devais avoir un balcon et vu que l’opéra, j’ai eu vu sur rue. On m’a dit que la chambre était plus grande, c’est faux.
-réception: 3 personnes et ils se regardent 2 min pour savoir qui va oser aider (surtout les hommes, les femmes c’était bien mieux)
- propreté/salete: pour ce standing, on s’attend à des chambres irréprochables. Ils ne nettoient que les partie visible hauteur des yeux. Dès que j’ai mis les pieds dans la chambres, j’ai vu un gros tas de poussière. Ceci dit je l’ai signalé et ça a été nettoyé direct. Le tapis des escaliers est dégoûtant de saleté.

ベトナムの歴史を感じられ、観光にも便利なホテル
Pros:

街の中心地であり、何処に行くにも便利でした。部屋は天井が高く、歴史を感じられる作りでした。

Cons:

部屋の窓が小さく、窓の前には目隠し用の植木が沢山あり、日中も暗かったです。
朝食のパンは残念でした。クロワッサンやデニッシュはありません。また黄身が割れた目玉焼きしか出てきませんでした。

One of my lifelong dreams has come true.
Pros:

I'm truly satisfied just being able to stay in this historic hotel with its classic atmosphere, a place I've always dreamed of visiting.and Even the hangers have the hotel's original engraving, and the small items and furnishings that aren't mass-produced are truly impressive.

Cons:

I have no complaints. The historical value is the greatest charm and everything about this hotel. What more could I ask for?

Pros:

The friendly staff and very helpful when we seek information and advice.

Cons:

The air-conditioning unit was not properly maintained. We found it was very noisy. We know it means the filters was not regularly clean.
We asked for maintenance staff to come for cleaning. After cleaned, it is smooth and cooling.

Agréable séjour à HCM ville 😀
Pros:

J’aime beaucoup cet hotel, le personnel est toujours aimable, agréable et les chambres sont très propres et très jolies avec les jolis parquets . Agréable petit déjeuner en plein air et très bon.

Cons:

Rien 😀Mais la prochaine fois je demanderai une chambre avec douche. Pour les personnes âgées c’est un petit peu difficile les baignoires.

Stay at Hotel Continental
Pros:

The staff was very welcome and helpful meeting every need. Our bags didn’t arrive for several days and the hotel had all the essentials to get us through. We also took advantage of laundry services which were very helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Das Zimmer mit Blick auf die Oper, gute Schallisolierung, Frühstücken im historischen Innenhofgarten in großer Auswahl und guter Qualität, sauberes und großes Zimmer,

Cons:

Schön wäre es, bis 10 Uhr frühstücken zu können.
Da das Hotel keinen Swimmingpool hat, könnte das Management mit einem benachbarten Hotel eine Benutzungsmöglichkeit für seine Gäste schaffen.
