I will never come back here, even if free
Pros:

The house keeper and the staff

Cons:

The floor in the room are so dirty everything so old they need to upgrade I’ll do something. It is horrible to live.

Nothing in particular. Just OK

Cons:

The rooms don't have windows. What is shown in the pictures are fake windows. They are entirely blocked. You have book the top end rooms to have real windows . These rooms are few.
You will be stuck if you pay up front and find that windows are fake

Staff were generally nice even though many of them could not speak English.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but good for me

Cons:

Most of the rooms face a road which is noisy. But I was given a room in the middle of the building, so there was very little noise. I took it because I really need silence.

Bữa sáng ít phong phú, toàn món rẻ tiền: khoai, băp, cháo, cơm trắng, cơm chiên...
Hơn 1 giờ mới được nhận phòng. Muốn nhận phòng 12h phải trả thêm tiền.
Phòng mình đặt không có cửa sổ. Không ghi trên booking cho người đặt biết, muốn nâng cấp cũng không có phòng. Phòng bí bách khá khó chịu.
Sàn trải thảm nhưng dơ mè
Thoát nước trong nhà vệ sinh chậm vừa tắm mà đánh răng thì lội nước lõm bõm.

Great location, large rooms but definitely needs updating.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Rooms are large but need a bit of updating.

Cons:

We had 3 rooms on the third floor. Rooms smell damp because of old carpet. Noisy at 4 in the morning. Wall outlet doesn’t really work well.
