Très agréable, confortable et reposant pour une fin de séjour.
Pros:

Il s’agit d’un hôtel de luxe, le service client est impeccable. Le personnel était très gentil, compréhensif et serviable.

Cons:

Parce qu’il faut trouver de petits défauts, et vraiment pour indiquer quelque chose : pour un hôtel de ce standing, le papier toilette pourrait être de meilleure qualité car il est plutôt fin.

Great service, great breakfast!
Pros:

It’s absolutely amazing to stay at such a historic hotel. Breakfast was great, varied and also lots of fresh choices. We were upgraded to a suite for free, which was a lovely surprise. Hotel itself is a bit old and probably needs redecorating, but it’s reflected in the price. Staff was great, thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The location and the history of the property. The staffs and services are top notch.
Breakfast and seafood buffet was excellent, the rooftop bar with live band is a highlight.

Cons:

The room was very poor soundproof, the noise from the street at night was constant, not ideal for a light sleeper like me.

Pros:

The Majestic lives up to its name. It is a grand old hotel that feels loved and cared for, right on the river, with big airy bedrooms and lovely views. We particularly enjoyed having drinks at the Skybar during happy hour, watching the sun set and seeing the city light up at night.

Cons:

The only disappointment was the lack of lounge chairs around the pool. It is a lovely oasis to retreat to in the heat of the day, but it doesn't accommodate many guests. There are also some metal chairs, but they don't have any cushions and aren't very comfortable - they do not invite you to linger with your book! Some more comfortable, cushioned armchairs would be more welcoming.
