Excellent view. Courteous, helpful staff.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, with fantastic view. The rooms were very nice, I had got the room with river view, which was fantastic. The restaurants, the rooftop bar, all of them were very good. Staff was courteous and helpful. Its very good value for money.

Its a bit jaded. I think it can be modernized a bit without losing character.

Best for first timer visitor to HCMC and for that old Saigon nostalgia...
