Absolutely not in line with the price paid.
Cons:

Dirty carpet, peeling wallpaper, leaks covered up as best as possible. The outdated bathroom might not be a problem if everything works, but in this case the showerhead should have been replaced (long ago) and its holder fixed.

Pros:

Ottima colazione suddivisa con cibi dolci e salati, camerieri cordiali e gentili, buona la posizione dell'hotel vicino alla stazione Garibaldi della metro da cui si può andare a visitare Napoli. La strada dove si trova l'hotel è abbastanza trafficata ma chiudendo gli infissi c'è un buon livello di insonorizzazione. Ottimo il garage sottostante convenzionato con l'hotel che non è cosa da poco per chi vuole andare a Napoli con l'auto.

Muy buen hotel en una ciudad tremendamente sucia.
Pros:

Es un muy buen hotel en el que el personal, tanto de recepción, restaurante y limpieza son unos grandes profesionales, dispuestos en todo momento a hacer tu estancia muy agradable.
Muy buen desayuno y una ubicación excelente al lado de la estación de trenes lo que te facilita mucho lo traslados a lugares como Pompeya y al aeropuerto porque la parada la tiene en la misma puerta de la estación y pasa cada 15 minutos.
Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

La ciudad de Nápoles está extremadamente sucia y llena de basuras por todos los lados. De hecho es la ciudad más sucia en la que he estado hasta el momento. Esta suciedad se agrava en los alrededores de la estación dando una sensación muy mala y, también, de inseguridad. Preguntamos a las personas de recepción sobre la seguridad por la noche y nos dijeron que, aunque no lo parezca, Nápoles es una ciudad muy seguro y es cierto que no tuvimos ningún problema incluso llegando caminando al hotel después de las 11 de la noche.
Es una verdadera pena que en un país como Italia haya un lugar tan sucio como la ciudad de Nápoles...

Fantastic Hotel. Will be returning
Pros:

The staff were really polite and friendly. They allowed us to check in early which meant we had more of the day to explore. The room was large with a seating area. Very clean. The lady who cleaned the rooms got going early and was really cheerful. The bar was very reasonably priced for a hotel and breakfast was plentiful. Location is 5 mins walk to the station and metro and about 15 mins to the old town. The hotel is an oasis in the traffic and madness of the city!! The day we left there was a national rail strike in Italy and they said there was a room available if we needed to extend our stay. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Pros:

Chose hotel for quick one night stay due to 24 hour check in and close to station, so location was great for us. Little bit noisy but to be expected of location.
Check in was easy and quick (past midnight). Used luggage storage facilities no issues.

Room was comfortable and everything would expect from this chain (have used elsewhere).

Cons:

Only negative was shower being attached ridiculously high on the wall, not adjustable, so impossible to use without spraying whole bathroom.

Some nice staff but very noisy location and the furniture is very old and dirty.

Cons:

The room was quite bid but very dirty carpet and curtains. The bed was not comfortable and the noise outside was extremely loud even early in the morning. However, the restaurant staff was very kind and caring.

Pros:

The location is great. Minutes away from the metro Garibaldi and a decent size grocery store right next to the station. A tall Italian gentleman at the hotel front desk was very polite and very helpful.
We would definitely recommend staying at the Ramada Hotel.

Cons:

There was discrepancy among the hotel desk clerks as to whether the city tax had been paid through Booking.com or to be paid separately with the hotel.

Not much better than sleeping on the airport floor
Pros:

We needed four rooms for a one night stay after our cruise arrived lated and we missed our flights. We booked the Ramada hoping the standards would be the same as Ramada's in the US. Unfortunately that was not the case. The hotel is old and shows the lack of upkeep. The staff are all rude and unhelpful. The furishings are worn and stained. The location is very sketch, don't walk anywhere alone.
