It was an excellent experience.
Pros:

I am a single woman who stays alone and I felt totally safe. There was also no noise it was very quiet and it was a Friday night when I stayed.

Cons:

The shampoo and conditioner packages were a little small. You would need more than one if you were staying more than one night.
