Great location, a bit run down

Very slow at the reception (checkin, checkout, inquiries): always encountered a long line... Staff very relaxed, security often blocking the entrance...
Breakfast rich with great fruits and friendly staff, very slow for pancakes, tapiocas etc.
Hotel could need a renovation, at least in the rooms: Sink was so congested that the water was barely going down, similar problem with the toilet and the shower. Many slightly broken or overly used things in the room (shower, table, cupboard). Window could only be opened for a small part, so the humidity in the room was striking us.
Gym quite ok concerning the equipment, pool quite small for so many people in this big hotel.
The best part of this hotel is definitely the location so close to the fantastic beach!

Pros:

O hotel, como um todo, é excelente.

Só que desta vez, no dia 5/8/25 por volta das 13:30 hs, entregamos nosso ticket ao manobrista para receber o carro, e ele simplesmente saiu para o almoço e não nos entregou o carro.
Após 25 minutos esperando, notamos a demora e procuramos outro manobrista, que prontamente nos atendeu.
