Very nice people, clean comfortable bed and very clean room.

Cons:

The breakfast person came in very late. And never stocked the area. There was cereal but the milk was sour and bread for toast was hard. My grandson was mostly disappointed as waffles were his favorite..so we didn't t get breakfast.

Pros:

Absolutely wonderful! The staff was fantastic. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The overnight staff didn’t seem to be well prepared to deal with inappropriate guests. Not that they weren’t willing, but to have a young woman alone on the front desk seemed somewhat stressful if an incident were to occur.

Everything was fantastic! So far, the best Best Western that I ever stayed at.
Pros:

On Sunday, blueberry pancakes. Cheese omelets. Plus, the coffee bar in the lobby around the clock with fresh fruit / home made cookies. The staff at the front desk, in the dining room, housekeeper all gave excellent service! For example, you asked for extra towels, you get extra towels.

Nothing.

The room was always clean, the included breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful. Charleigh is a sweetheart and went the extra mile every day to make us feel comfortable.

Only complaint I have is that the staff is very noisy in the morning banging carts around yelling down hallway. And no it’s not guest leaving that’s making the noise
