על אף הנ"ל סיכום החוויה שלנו חיובי, בעיקר בגלל היחס הנעים והאדיב של הצוות, אך מעט יקר בהתחשב....
Pros:

המלון יפה מאוד, במיקום נח להגעה בתחבורה ציבורית, וחניה נוחה לאורחי המלון. הצוות נעים מאוד, נענה במהירות ובאדיבות לכל בקשה ופניה.
ארוחת הבוקר עשירה ומגוונת וטעימה והלובי והאזורים הציבוריים של המלון יפים ונעימים מאוד.

Cons:

הזמנו חדר לשני הורים ושני ילדים - בני נוער. צויין כי נקבל חדר עם מיטה זוגי וספה שנפתחת למיטה זוגית. בפועל הספה הנפתחת יכלה להכיל שני אנשים אך בצפיפות וחוסר נוחות. בחלק האמצעי שלי יש שקע - כנראה שהיא עומדת להשבר - בכל מקרה השקע הזה לא איפשר לישון בו - כך שעל הספה רק אדם אחד יכול היה לישון.
כשהספה פתוח בחדר הוא צפוף מאוד ולמעלה - לא נח לארבעה אנשים. רמת הנקיון החדר לא היתה טובה. על הוילון כתמים, השידה והשולחן נראו מעט מאובקים, על ציפיות הכריות היה ליכלוך (וכשביקשנו הוחלפו מייד). גם המקלחת צפופה וקטנה - והאמבטיה בה עומדים להתקלח מאוד לא נוחה. טוש המקלחת לא נח, כל האמבטיה - מבחוץ לא נראית נקיה, והקירות מרגישים חלקלקלים ולא נקיים - ובפינה היה כתם עובש גדול. הכתב נוקה לאחר שהערנו על כך, אולם יתר קירות המקלחת - לא.

Leider zu laut und für uns nicht als entspannter kurz Urlaub geeignet.

Hotel hat eine schöne Lobby und dort eine gute Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen was wir gebucht haben.
Badezimmer war sauber, aber im Schrank und Möbel Oberfläche wurde nicht richtig geputzt.
Es war relativ laut, um 6 Uhr morgens hat jemand sich laut am Eingang unterhalten. Und im Flur konnte man jeden hören der sich unterhalten hat.

Im Speisesaal, Personal nicht gut geschult und haben teilweise sich laut mit Kollegen unterhalten.
Essen war ok, aber nicht mehr.
Es war sehr voll und sehr laut beim frühstück, nichts für jemanden der sich entspannen und erholen möchte.

הצוות ממש לא נעים. הקב"ט התנהגה ממש בצורה מזעזעת!!! הייתי עם ילד עם צרכים מיוחדים, אפילו לא נתנה לעמיד רכב לשנייה כדי לקחת את הילד מהחדר. לא אמליץ על המלון הזה וכמובן לא אגיע אליו יותר.
